El edificio esta plagado de cucarachas, tanto dentro de la habitación (aun que la propietaria lo niege) como fuera. Las habitaciones, son espaciosas pero el olor es muy desagradable. A la llegada al B&B encontamos cucarachas en el baño. Lo cominucamos a la propietaria y ella lo negó y dijo que no tenia constancia ninguna de que hubiera cucarachas en el edificio. Después de insistir nos proporcionó una opción que describe como superior, una habitación mas pequeña y con menos ventilación. El mismo dia unas horas mas tarde encontramos mas de 10 cucarachas en la entrada del edificio y por las escaleras para llegar al alojamiento y otra clase insectos en la habitación “superior”. Tener que subir escaleras saltando cucarachas no es agradable. Finalmente, gracias a la intervención de Booking pudimos conseguir un reembolso ya que abandonamos el B&B de inmediato. No es aconsejable dormir en un sitio insalubre y lleno de parasitos.

Logement au centre de olbia donc cela implique qu'il est difficile de se garer.Il faut mieux le savoir.

Small and cozy hotel in an old building. The owner waited for us outside the hotel as we arrived at about 11 pm. Very friendly and welcoming person.
We slept very well. and we found restaurants for late snack in the evening and then breakfast in the morning about 50 steps outside the door. It was perfect for us as the first night in Sardinia.

Ottimo punto oer soggiornare .camere pulite .Casa in pieno centro di Olbia.Manuela è stata gentilissima e molto professionale.Parla perfettamente 3 lingue .Cosa molto gradita visto che mio marito è tedesco e miei figli parlano solo tedesco e francese.Consigliato !
