Very unkind lady at the service desk who did our check in with her fake british accent. I think the manager, with normal clothes, was kind. Breaksfast was good. Hygiene of the rooms not very good. No good cleaning.

We booked one night stay at this beautiful hotel, our room was very big and comfortable, with a small balcony, even though it was on the ground floor. Breakfast was good, with a limited options, a lady was very friendly and caring as my friend was not feeling well in the morning. Location is very good close to station and city centre.

questo hotel é stato veramente accogliente, tutto il personale super gentile e disponibile. posizione a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro e da tutti i ristoranti. la colazione è composta da un buffet abbastanza abbondante, e con varie opzioni anche vegan e senza glutine; tutto molto pulito e personale super attento a tutti i dettagli, e soprattutto molto cortese ed amichevole. unica pecca la camera sistemata dalle ragazze é stata deludente, il letto era rifatto mettendo solo il lenzuolo sopra senza sistemare, e abbiamo dovuto tenerci 2 giorni interi delle tazze sporche, nonostante la segnalazione. per il resto lo super consiglio. ＜3

Hotel and Spa was lovely, and would definatley recommend. Main centre Olbia is about 4 minute walk. The hotel was clean and tidy.

bella spa e comodo il parcheggio a pagamento fronte reception. colazione abbondante anche se in un altra struttura rispetto a quella dove avevamo la camera.
