The room was clean and comfortable, but the photos online didn’t fully match the actual space, which was a bit disappointing.
However, the spa experience was wonderful, offering a relaxing atmosphere and excellent treatments, despite two showers being out of order.
Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

They have a magnificent swimming pool.
To sleep in Olbia I advise you to take the Mercure.

The location is very good, very close to the station! Nice swimming pool! The downside is that the shower in the bathroom leaks water onto the floor when taking a shower! Breakfast is ordinary! The room looks quite new!

The room wasn’t in the best condition. Mould all over the bathroom ceiling and into the bedroom.
The air conditioning was broken. In fairness, manager tried to fix it but it wouldn’t circulate round the room.

Mich hats nicht überzeugt.
Das Hotel ist mitten in der Stadt gleich neben dem Bahnhof der alle 15 Minuten irgendetwas sagt. Aussicht auf allen Seiten des Hotels schrecklich. Entweder man schaut auf eine viel befahrene Brücke oder eben dem Bahnhof. Das Frühstück war ok. Jedoch finde ich dass ein Hotel alles auf Lager haben sollte. Es hatte keine Milch mehr zu den Cornflakes, habe gefragt, ich solle doch Reismilch oder Sojamilch nehmen. Das ist kein Service! Der Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet. Immer alles schön Sauber. Was ich nicht verstehe, wenn ich meine Handtücher aufgehängt habe um sie nochmals zu benützen wurden trotzdem alle ausgewechselt. Umweltdenken ist fehl am platz. Insgesamt ok aber nicht noch einmal, vorallem wenn man Strandnähe sucht ist es nicht zu empfehlen. Gesamte Poolanlage ist klein und übersichtlich. Preise an der Poolbar überteuert. Spa kostet zusätzlich. Muss angemeldet werden.
