Super quiet place, it is located in a very tactical area to move around Olbia. Very clean rooms and bathrooms and super comfortable and cozy bed mattress, there is air conditioning in every room and in the bathroom there is also a window. Super kind and helpful managers!😊

Close to the airport, but could be better
This place is very close to the airport and in a good neighborhood. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Price is affordable for Olbia. But the suite did not look like the photos at all and was quite poor overall. The furnishings are minimal and not up to standards. The couch is badly stained and Wi-Fi does not work in the bedroom. Mini fridge was unplugged and did not keep things cold once plugged in. I would probably not stay here again and pay a few more $$ to stay in a quality accommodation. This place could be much better with a modest investment by the owner.

It would be helpful to read in the confirmation, that the instructions, how to access the room will be sent via Whatsapp. I was waiting for an Email, as announced and missed the Whatsapp message, that explains everything.

La posizione è ottima perché si trova vicino al centro di Olbia. Peccato però per il non funzionamento del frigo (fondamentale in estate) e per la poca pulizia di lenzuola e asciugamani. Inoltre il letto era scomodissimo. Ho fatto notare tutto ciò al proprietario che non si è mai fatto vedere.

La prenotazione è stata fatta da un mio amico, era per sei e alla fine c’erano solo 5 letti, tra cui uno sfondato e scomodissimo in cui non ha dormito nessuno, ci siamo ritrovati a dormire in tre in un letto. Inoltre la struttura richiede una tassa di soggiorno anche per il sesto che tra l’altro neanche c’era perché non c’era il letto per lui. Non avvengono le pulizie ogni tre notti come scritto. A parte ciò, la casa è in una posizione comoda ed è pulita, per quello che abbiamo pagato va bene, unico problema c’è solo un minifirigo, dunque consiglio ma solo per una/due notti, non di più.
