Tranquility and relaxation
Absolutely a 5-star experience. Beautiful guesthouse villa in a hilly countryside overlooking the bay of Porto Rotondo. Elegant stone house and rooms covering your needs. Access to lovely swimming pool. Attentive breakfast and dinner service from the couple hosting a maximum of 15 guests.

Absolute 5-star experience. Beautiful guesthouse in a hilly countryside with views of the Porto Rotondo bay. Attentive service from the lovely couple running the Villa with homemade breakfast and dinner - and only for the maximum 15 guests. So it will certainly make you feel like well-catered guests when you relax by the infinity pool.

Fabulous location, fabulous accommodation, and excellent hospitality! Close to top locations (Olbia, Porto Cervo, beaches...). Place to recharge your batteries and perfect place for the family. Francesca cooking on Michelin level and Fede do the rest on high level. You must try homemade tiramisu (speak to Fede to have it also in the morning 😅). We will come back for sure! We had the pleasure of spending a week at this beautiful bed and breakfast in Sardinia, and we can only say that it was an unforgettable experience. We traveled with our 8 months old daughter. The apartment: Our apartment was perfect. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The terras and garden offered a stunning view of the surrounding nature and sea, which was a joy to see every morning. The food: Breakfast was a true delight. The hosts made sure we started each day with a smile. We also had a few times dinner at the bed and breakfast, and it was superb. The flavours of the local dishes were authentic and delicious. We could eat when our daughter was sleeping with the baby phone on, it was perfect. The location: The location of the bed and breakfast is ideal. It is in a peaceful area, yet close enough to visit the main attractions of Sardinia. It was the perfect base for our trips to the beach, the mountains, and the nearby villages. The hospitality: What truly makes this bed and breakfast special is the hospitality of the owners. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, provided us with great tips for excursions, and made us feel at home right away. Their personal attention and care made our stay extra special. When our daughter was sick they helped us very well and we couldn't be at a better place at that moment. In short, we highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a relaxing and worry-free stay in Sardinia. It was an experience we will never forget, and we will definitely come back! Thank you so much for everything!

Wow! Beautiful villa on hill with stunning view! Peaceful and tranquil. Felt like we were staying with family, from the breakfast to the room everything felt warm inviting and peaceful. The owners are a lovely couple with great recommendations of things to do and where to go. We had an incredible time in Sardinia great thanks to Villa Anastasia!

Posizione fantastica e tranquilla…in collina in mezzo alla natura, strategica…in pochi minuti di auto raggiungi le più belle spiagge dei dintorni. Struttura pulitissima e ben curata, camere molto spaziose e pulitissime. I proprietari Federico e Francesca sono disponibilissimi è molto cordiali e accoglienti.
Offrono un servizio di ristorante solo per gli ospiti davvero eccezionale, cibo fresco e di qualità. Struttura da 5 stelle piene per tutti i servizi.

Villa Anastasia is a wonderful property to stay at. We (me, my wife and 2 x children - 7 & 11) stayed for 10 nights and then an extra 2 (due to plane issues). Federico and Francesca made us feel so welcome and were always on hand for advice, tips and generally to help out. The rooms are lovely and spacious, and the food is amazing. The kids loved the Nutella crepes at breakfast - while eggs & bacon/Toastie/omelette were all great. We ate here a few times in the evening due to convenience and the great home cooking of Francesca. If you want to explore Costa Smerelda this property is ideally situated. We all loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

We recently stayed 3 nights at this sweet little hotel. It is in a lovely position up on a hillside with gorgeous views. We stayed in the cottage which is connected to the main house. It was spacious and clean, with a little sitting area outside that overlooked the pool and grounds. To be honest, I didn't expect it to be as beautiful as it was from the photos. In reality, sitting under the old olive tree and being surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature was magical. We ate dinner at the hotel once, and it was great. Lots of options to choose from and I highly recommend the grilled fish platter. To say that there was enough food is an understatement. It was plentiful and fresh, and even came garnished with lemon from the tree on the property. Breakfast included a number of options and was generous as well. The best part about this hotel are the owners. We came with no plans and Federico was great in suggesting where we should go. We simply followed his advice and wound up at some beautiful beaches as well as the mountain village of San Pantaleo which was interesting and beautiful. I accidentally left an item behind and didn't realize it until two weeks later as we were preparing to leave Sardinia. Federico and Francesca had kept it for me and had it waiting for pick up as we were travelling through the area again on the way to the airport. To be honest, I wish that every place we'd stayed at in Sardinia was as lovely and hospitable as Villa Anastasia. It is a beautiful property with great service and wonderful hosts.
