Good experience. I had a reservation, but when I came to the hotel reception needed a very long call to make everything allright. After that everything was good. Though the man did not speak perfect english, we could clear alla things. He was really friendly.

Buchung und Bezahlung erfolgte über Internet. Bei Ankunft wurde der bezahlte Preis vom Personal abgefragt. Nach meiner Antwort wurde die Buchung mündlich storniert, weil Preis zu billig. Man müsste 40% mehr haben. Eine Einigung auf einen angemessenen Preis wurde komplett abgelehnt. Ich wollte nicht um 5€ feilschen und hätte ein faires Angebot angenommen. Zudem musste das für uns vorgesehene Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft abends um 18 Uhr erstmal gereinigt werden. Angeblich sei die Reinigungskraft erkrankt. Ach so, dann waren also alle Zimmer am Vortag ausgebucht und daher abends kein sauberes zur Verfügung! Bitte bewertet selbst. Nach 2 Stunden hin und her mit haltlosen Aussagen und Telefonaten zogen wir ab. Indirekt wurde auch das anlocken mit günstigen Versprechungen bestätigt. Glücklicherweise konnten wir noch ein anderes Hotel buchen.
