This is a self-checking hotel, but they did not send you any information for the procedure. The facilities in the room are too simple. I found I left my blindfold in the room after I check-out. You cannot find the email address of this hotel. Only contact the hotel by phone. That is not convenient for us.

Self check-in. Ambiente molto impersonale e poco accogliente. La camera era piccola, x 4 persone. Mini lavandino in camera. Asciugamani/lenzuola presenti. Bagno comune in corridoio (uno con doccia). Nell'insieme tutto pulito. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo, minima ma accettabile. In passato penso fosse un hotel. Peccato che il locale al piano terra che forse era un ristorante/bar sia ormai chiuso. Ora è un ampio spazio comune solo con tavoli sedie e the/caffè ad uso ospiti. Peccato non abbiano creato qui uno spazio con piastre elettriche e mini cucina ad uso degli ospiti da vera guesthouse. I was nervous about this stay given all the bad reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! Check-in was seamless. We got the code emailed to us via ******* (the platform we booked through). Entry was easy. The room was clean. Yes, the showers do flood the bathroom, but that's because there's no lip. It shares the floor with the entire room. It won't leave the bathroom though, and they provide a squeegee. Weird, but all good. The soaps & shampoo they provide are okay. The toilet paper is rough, but that is minor details. It was very quiet. Curtains were fine. No issues on our end! Quite happy. We had a beautiful view from our window!

The hotel was no frills but clean. The rooms were so hot. The 2 hotel staff were always incredibly rude and very hateful. I tried to use a translate app on my phone, but she shoved my phone away. We have been in Iceland one month and this was the very worst experience.

We booked a hotelroom and were allocated a small room in the Guest house without bathroom. No staff. No support. Only a telephone to ring. All common rooms were locked and no place outside the small room to sit. No lobby. In the room there was not even a chair, only two lousy beds. Horrible breakfast wiht very little and bad food. Nothing worked. When I rang a telephone number that was provided to discuss this the person that answered rudely disconnected the call. Keep away from this horrible and expensive place. Hey are ripping you off. Warn your friends.

Pas de possibilité d’accéder à notre chambre , payée et non remboursable . Aucune possibilité de joindre qqn , un numéro qui sonne occupé en permanence . Nous avons attendu 2 heures devant la porte d’entrée en espérant qu’un client sortirait ou rentrerait … personne . Nous avons terminé par louer un autre hébergement car nous n’envisagions pas de passer la nuit dehors . Le lendemain matin il n’y avait toujours personne lors que c’était l’heure du petit déjeuner. Une arnaque et aucun moyen de remboursement. Je déconseille cet établissement . Quelle honte

Positiv: Sauberes, überdurchschnittlich grosses Zimmer Negativ: Keine Rezeption Hotel ignoriert konsequent alle E-Mails von künftigen Gästen mit einer Buchung Erst nach der Buchung und Bezahlung erfährt man, dass man auch während den Ferien online sein muss um die Zimmernummer und deren Code zu erhalten. Zimmereinrichtung ist schlicht, einfach und in die Jahre gekommen
