Beş gün kaldığımız otelde karşılama çok iyiydi. Oğuz Bey çok yardımcı oldu .Beş gün boyunca Oğuz Bey bütün eksiklerimizi giderdi. Yemekler ve içecekler konusunda eksiklikler var. Yine de Oğuz Bey ve ekibinin ilgisi sayesinde keyifli bir tatil geçirdik, çok teşekkürler Seneye görüşmek üzere 🥰🥰

As a couple we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Everyone tryied to make us comfortable. We like variety of food and drinks. Room was clean :) If you go there don´t forget to ask for a la cart dinner for free once in a stay. The pool was clean. Thank you for everything :)

Tam Bir Hayal Kırıklığı! Tatilimiz için büyük umutlarla geldiğimiz Stella Beach Hotel’de daha ilk akşam elektrikler kesildi! Ne klima çalıştı, ne ışık vardı, ne de herhangi bir yetkili düzgün bir açıklama yaptı. Sıcak, karanlık ve kaotik bir ortamda saatlerce bekledik. En kötüsü de işletmenin bu duruma karşı tamamen ilgisiz ve hazırlıksız olmasıydı. Böyle bir otelin acil durumlar için bir planı bile yoksa, geri kalan hizmetlerini siz düşünün. Ne müşteri memnuniyeti, ne çözüm odaklılık… Tam bir fiyasko! Bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğimiz, kimseye de önermeyeceğimiz bir yer!

Serkan was the best part of this hotel me and my family love him… excellent service thankyou serkan from jiggy jiggy family❤️ also great service from the rest of the bar staff. The food was a let down for what you expect from a 5* hotel but would visit again for serkan

I was very concerned reading the other reviews on this wonderful hotel, We arrived at 3 am following a delayed flight, the hotel reception was welcoming as were the staff, The check in was seamless and we were fortunate to be upgraded to a family suite which was very nice for my family of 5. The food was varied and very enjoyable, the hotel was very clean with ben linen and towels changed daily along with the minibar in the room topped up. The entertainment was good and the staff couldn't do enough to help without being pushy. We will definitely be looking to return next year.

We came back in the 17th ,Hotel was great, room comfortable, and clean, staff poor only entertainment team spoke to us, food poor, all 3 of us were ill with diarrhea while we were there and when we got home.

Slight issue on arrival on the grade of room but was quickly rectified by the next day (promo issue) All hotel staff were great but one that particularly stood out was Ali from the animation team, very special guy that deserves a lot of credit also our waiter of an evening that made us feel welcome, laid us a table and got us a efes beer for our evening meal, he was great but I don’t know his name. I can’t really complain about this hotel because once our room was rectified. The food was good, the entertainment was good, the rooms and grounds were always clean and tidy. We experienced a massage while we were there, which was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a photo shoot with some nice photos. I would like to say thank you to all the staff, especially Ali and the evening waiter to make our holiday so special. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would recommend this hotel even after the first issue when we arrived. 👍

After reading reviews we were a little worried but we loved this holiday. We had amazing time. The hotel was lovely and clean bedding and towels changed everyday. All the staff were amazing including lifeguards. Hotel manager super helpful. Food was excellent. Such a variety of different kind of foods, grilled fishes, fresh fruits and veggies. Ice cream and waffles every day. Shows in the evening and around the pool in the day was fantastic. Beach was great. Sun-beds were always available. We enjoyed jumping from pier. We can only recommend this hotel. It is great family hotel and we would like to come back sometimes in the future.
