20-23 ağustos oteldeydik. Odalar temiz değil. Özellikle rica edersek çarşaf değişikliği yapıldı. 5. Katta akşam yemeği vakti sular olmuyor duş alıp yemeğe inmek istedik ama duş alamadık iki gün. Yemek desen bâzı tatlı ve yemekler erkenden bitiyor sonradan gelenlere kalmıyor. Yemek ve tatlı çesitler hep aynı . Yemekleri daha çok yabancılara yönelik. 4 gün boyunca gözleme almak mümkün olmadı ya sıra çok ya gözleme yapan abla molada denk geldi. Pizza, hamburger ve dondurma başında olanlar için teşekkür ederiz sorunsuz ve alakalı personel di . Ayrıca akşam gösterisi sadece mini club adında bi'şey. Yan otellerde gece yarısına kadar canlı müzik sesleri var. Diyeceğim o ki bidaha tercih etmem. Bu yıl mecbur kaldım, gidecek olana fikir olur diye yazdım.

This hotel is not like i. Turkey but whole tourists are Russian and so receptionist and staff does not know english. There are no air conditioning working outside on reception and lobby. Also poor cleaning services and poor food not much to choose from for a 5 star hotel. We came 5 in morning so tired and waited one hour for them to find appropriate room because i was refusing a room without balcony as i have paid for a room with balcony. Also staff not very helping and rude I must have contacted my provider and told them my complains. Otherwise pool and beach perfect

Ne yazsam ne desem eksik kalır Biz ailecek çok seçici insanlar değiliz yorumlara takılı kalmayalım deyip hotele gitmiş olduk gerçekten ne yemekler yemek ne hizmet hizmet. Gittik 14.30'da anca odaya girebildikleri balkonsuz bir oda verdiler içerisi sidik kokuyor katçıyı çağırdım temizlettim ertesi gün için odayı değiştireceğiz dediler idare ettik değiştirdiler. İlk verdiklerinden iyidi tabii ki. Fakat hotel konum olarak iyi hizmet olarak vasat. Çocuk kulübü animasyon yok sadece bir gece Türk gecesinde çocukları sahneye aldılar eğlendirdiler o kadar. otele nasıl 5 yıldız nasıl ultra her şey dahil diye bir konsept vermiş turizm bakanlığını sorgulamak gerekir,Bütçeye göre gelenler de ona göre gelmiş ezilmiş halkımızdan gruplar işte.Biz kaliteden ödün vererek bir halt yedik siz iki kere düşünün derim

Otel fiyat performans oteli verdiğiniz paranın karşılığı kadarını alırsınız tabiki üst kalite bir otel değil. Havuzu büyük değil , yemek hane bölümünde sinekler var. Yemekler birinci sınıf kalitede değil. Ancak aç kalma tatlı krizi gibi sorunlar yaşamazsınız istediğiniz alkollü alkolsüz içecekler mevcut. Fiyatına göre ideal. Ancak en enteresan şey genellikle yemekhane kısmının kapısında duran suratı asık Nergis isminde hafif Özbek aksanı olan bir kadın duruyor insanlar ile iletişim kurmayı sevmeyen ama otelde görevli biri çok saçma insanların sorularını zorla cevaplayarak ağzını suratını büzen bir tip doğum günü mumu istedik bize yok dedi garson kardeşimizin bir tanesi 3 adet getirdi. Bu kadar ilgilenmeyi cevaplamayı yardımı sevmeyen insanların bu tür işletmelerde çalışması çok tuhaf ve yazık

Ben size otelin eksiklerinden bahesedeyim 1.Otel odalarında kaldığınız süre boyunca temizlik yapılmıyor,havlu ve çarşaf değişimi yapılmıyor.Ben çıkışa kadar ayak havlusuna ulaşamadım. 2.Sabah kahvaltıda pastane çeşidi olarak simit ve iki çeşit poğaça var,esmer veya çavdar ekmek yok,bildiğiniz BİM ekmeği koymuşlar. 3.Akşam yemekte Türk gecesi haricinde kırmızı et yok.Meyve olarak karpuz ve elma,armut var. 4.Lobi haricinde sağlıklı bir klima sistemi yok. 5.Akşam yemekten sonra çocuklar için mini disco var,amfi tiyatroda gösteri-dans yok.Herkes boş boş dolaşıyor vakit geçiriyor. 6.Bu otelde bir şey kırılır veya bozulursa öylece kalıyor galiba,tamir etmek veya yenilemek yok.

Konum olarak güzel ama denizi aşırı tuzlu çakıllı bi anda derinleşiyor. Otel koridorları asansör asırı sıcak ve havasız asansörler yetersiz sürekli beklemek zorunda kaldık odalara genel temizlik yapılmıyor yüzeysel yataklar toplanıp çıkılıyor. yemekler tam bi vasat sürekli aynı şeyler çıkıyor ve lezzet 0 kahvaltıda tost yumurta pankek ana yemeklerde ızgara ve pide tarzı yemek istesen yarım saat sırada bekliyorsun, sürekli aynı tatlılar çıkıyor.hamburgerde sadece hazır köfte çıkıyor 1 hafta kaldık 1 kere döner çıktı oda tam pişmemiş. Dondurma 2 çeşit kakao sade gözleme pizza desen 1 çalışan var yetiştiremediği için sıra beklemekten pes edip geri almadan dönüp gidiyorsun içecek konusunda bi sıkıntı yaşamadık. havlu konusundada sıkıntı yaşamadık ama havuzlar aşırı derece çamaşır suyu kokuyor diğer havuzdaki kaydıraklar hiç açılmadı öndeki kaydıraklardan hem çocuklar hemde koca koca insanlar kaydı.Havuz başındaki şezlonglar yetersiz.Sabah erkenden kalkıp sezlonga havlu koymazsan gün boyu ortada kalıyorsun. Animasyon ekibi elinden geleni yaptı ama aktiviteler yetersizdi. Tüm çalışanlar elinden geldiğince çalışsada personel yetersiz otel yönetiminin değiştirilmesi gerekiyor.
