Nie wieder,
Dreckig ,wenig personal ,wc katastrophe
Kein kaltes trinkwasser im kühlschrank im ganzen hotel ,ist nicht angeschlossen .
Zwischen mittagessen und Abendessen, gibts nur kleine süsses (kurabiye) ,sonst nichts .
Würde keinem empfehlen, nur 1 stern .

Мы не бронировали этот отель. Купили тур через Библиоглобус в отель в г. Конаклы (отель "Мисал"). На руках были ваучеры. Нас привез водитель, выгрузив наши чемоданы, и сказал, что наш отель закрывается ввиду окончания сезона и теперь наш отель с другим названием, и в другой месте. Только потом узнали, что стали жертвами овербукинга. Провели здесь сутки. Это не отель, а авгиевы конюшню. Даже нет слов описать номер в кот. заселили. Грязь на окнах, арестанские шторы, сломаные светильники, полотенца, использованые предыдущими постояльцами. Питание треш! В любом вокзальном бистро лучше готовят. Да, это была несмертельная ситуация провести сутки, когда есть крыша над головой и что то поесть, можно не смотреть на грязь на полу, шатающийся стол в баре придерживать рукой. И терпеть, правда за свои же деньги. Мы успокаивали себя тем, что люди во время войны переживали несравнимый ужас. Возможно туроператор завтра исправит ситуацию, но все равно не помогло. Не спали всю ночь и смотрели билеты с вылетом домой при плохом раскладе. Оставаться здесь еще 11 дней даже в голову не приходило. Вопрос к тем кто продает сюда тур: " У вас все в порядке с головой? По вашему разумению люди все стерпят? Неужели так душит алчность? Кто приклеил отелю 5*? Этот отель требует закрытия, а не продаж! Я теперь не верю турецким звездам! Были в Турции 5 раз и этот был последним. Даже после того, как нас перевезли в другой отель- впечатление от коварства принимающей турецкой стороны оставило горький осадок. Говорят одно, делают второе, думают третье.

Definitely the worst hotel food was disgusting same thing every day rooms were scruffy please don't go here our room was that bad we changed rooms no towels and staff were did not speak English catering was all for Russian people very dirty hotel

Never ever will I go a fin worst hotel I have ever stayed in got food poisoning scruffy hotel toilet seat off carpet disgusting no entertainment at night jumped into pool feet pored of blood off the tiles not one staff speaks English it was horrendous PLESLe do not go

Genel olarak hizmet, ilgi ve alaka iyiydi yemekler ve tatlılar orta seviyeydi, genellikle yabancı turist ağırlıktaydı, odalar yapı itibariyla biraz eskiydi özellikle klozet ve duş bölümü kesinlikle yenilenmeli diye düşünüyorum. Özellikle misafir karşılama ve halkla ilişkiler müdürü çok ilgiliydi.

Merhaba biz kara manzaralı oda secmistik satın alırken şansımıza başka bir odayı verdiler iki tane tek kişilik yatak. Eşimle ayrı ayrı yattık. Gece birde yatagin ayağı kapandı yere yapıştım . Ertesi gün odamızı yarı deniz manzaralı bir odaya ücretsiz değiştirdiler . Otelin en büyük sorunu tecrübesiz ve deneyimsiz eğitimsiz eleman sorunu . Otel aslında güzel şekilde işletilse gercekten kapasitesi var . Animasyon rezalet , yemekler vasat çok bir beklentiye girmeyin çatal bıçak kaşık tabak orta kirliden hallice. Oda temizliği kabası alınıyor çok bir beklentiniz olmasın. Yani kisacasi çok bir beklentiye girmeyin otelin iki sorunu var bir temizlik iki deneyimsiz ve eğitimsiz personel . Denizi çakıllı kesinlikle iyi değil ama mutlama deniz ayakkabısı ile gelin. Otele tavsiyem animasyon ekibini gözden geçirmeniz çok iyi olur , çünkü bir şey yaptıkları yok profesyonellerle çalışınız lütfen amatörlere teslim etmeyin bu güzel aktiviteyi millet eğlenmeye geliyor.
