The actual date of the experience was June 2023, but TripAdvisor wouldn't show an earlier date option. I've just returned from a second holiday in Turkey in OluDENIZ and I've realised just how much better the accommodation in Laguna Hotel was from two years ago. Much more comfortable beds and spacious rooms. No crazy amount of stairs to climb like we had in the hotel in OluDeniz, and although the area is superb in OluDeniz, the view from our room was "lacking", whereas in Laguna the view from our balcony was absolutely stunning. I want to mention that both our holidays were with standard rooms without any extra upgrades. And the entertainment was really nice in Laguna Hotel, with many games and competitions, and the animation team was young and effervescent. All in all, very pleased. Maybe one thing to improve, greater variation of desserts 😜

The hotel was a solid 4. We had a nice room, although maybe a little small. Great size bathroom and balcony with a view both to the sea and to the forest. The room had probably the best location in the whole hotel. The room was cleaned every day, including change of bed linen and bathroom towels. Good cleaning crew! The refrigerator in the room had only bottled water and nothing else. A lot of German and British guests. The personnel liked to speak German first instead of English. Did not bother me, I can manage with both. The food served was ok. Nothing fancy, but adequate. French fries were in my opinion very good. The desserts looked nice, but were not to my taste. The coffee was all Nescafe, even though it came from the machine. The only way to get a decent coffee in the morning was to press espresso button twice and then add hot milk from a separate container next to the coffee machine. Of course it was possible to order a cup of Turkish coffee, once the patisserie or lobby bar were opened (at 10.00) This did not help obviously at the breakfast table. In bars the alcohol brands that they were offering seemed to be of decent quality. (Gilbey's gin and vodka, J&B whisky, Havana Club anejo rum), I would have appreciated, if the hotel had had alcohol free beer to offer in their all inclusive program though. Draft beer was Tuborg, fountain drinks were from Coca Cola. Only some mixers (tonic etc) were from a bottle. The beach is maybe 300 meters from the hotel. Very steep hill, but it is possible to use a transfer service also (a really old Land Rover) The sun beds by the pool were very sturdy (wooden). Nothing like that plastic crap. There were always plenty of empty sunbeds available. Did not have to wake up early in the morning in order to get a sunbed. In my opinion the hotel showed no signs of wear and tear after 9 years of being in business. Everything looked still fresh. The wifi was ok, but was not particularly fast. It was possible to watch short video clips. However, the connection was dropped at time to time. For the price that I paid for a week this hotel was a good choice. The guest relations was very flexible. I forgot to book a la carte restaurant for the last night in the hotel, but the lady in guest relations was able to squeeze us in for the same night, even though you were supposed to book the restaurant the day before.

Otel 🏨 kırmızı beyaz konseptli ince uzun her metrekareyi degerlendirmiş. Otel mimarı açıdan göze hoş görünüyor.Özellikle akşam saati her kat tam tur LED aydınlatma ile Cruise gemisi tarzı bir mimarisi var. Otel sürekli hoş kokulu ve her tarafta temizlik hissiyatı var. Personelin çoğu seçilmiş ve eğitimli. Resepsiyon da Buse Hanım Güleryüzlü sempatik ve çok tatlı bir bayan tabi yanındaki muhtemelen yabancı orta yaşlı resepsiyonist hanımefendiyi saymaz isek. Lobby Barda Recep harika bir insansın, Kaptan İbrahim ikinizde yıldızdınız. Ana Restaurant garson Serdar seni çok sevdik. Pool Bar Yılmaz tatil boyu eksik ihtiyaç ve şezlong servisimizi eksik etmedi. Odalar bugüne kadarki en güzel odalardan beyaz konseptli ve çok modern. 6000'li odaların balkonları efsane büyük bir otel için. Denizi gören balkonlar muazzam. Otelin mimarı güzelliği ile saygılı ve cana yakın otel personeli ile tatiliniz harika geçiyor. Aquapark 2 kaydırak ile otel alanı için yeterli olsa da en fazla 3-5 kaldıktan sonra işi bitiyor. Relax havuz, Aquapark Havuzu ve bebek havuzu ve Ana Havuz mevcut. Zaten milletin çoğu Beach yani sahile gidiyor. Otel her tarafa otantik ahşap şezlongları her yeri doldurmuş. Sanırım bayram tatili hariç günün her saati şezlong bulamadım derdi yok, deniz şezlongları da çok sezlong kapmaca derdi yok. Ana Restaurant masa sandalye de otel kapasitesinden fazla gibi. Masa sandalye arama derdi yok. Beach snack Kumpir, 🍕 pizzaları iyi gözleme denemedik. Otel tepede olduğun da sahile yakın ama dik rampadan aşağıya inmek ve çıkmak için İngiliz askeri cip benzeri shuttle servis kullanılıyor ama yayanda yakın. Rampa derdi hariç. Sahil güzel ama yuvarlak çakıllı. Antalya Konyaaltı sahiline benziyor. Şezlong yerleri kumsal. Sahil snack sorumlu Şefi Okan Bey harika bir insan, tanışmanızı tavsiye ederim eski TRT sanatçısı gibi maşallah. Otelin çekirdek kahve makineleri , çayı, pastane kısmı yeterli, waffle servisi hazır ama güzel. Beach'e gitmek için Shuttle servise pastaneden asansör ile inilip çıkılıyor. Zaten otel inşa alanı büyük otel dar gibi herşey elinizin altında. Öyle ki otelin ucundaki Amfi Tiyatro çok küçük kalmış. Gösteriler Pool Bar yanı alanda yapılıyor. Lobi bar oturma alanları, balkonlar simetrik sağlı sollu. Sabah öğle akşam büfeleri ne eksik ne fazla yeterli. Çeşidi artıracağız diye kaliteden ödün vermiyorlar. Otel personelinden kabalık gördüm diyen kendinde sorun vardır. Personel ve temizlikten kazanan bir otel. Zaten yaşlı bir otel değil. 2016 inşa edilmiş. 2025 yılı itibariyle 10 yaşını geçmemiş bir otel. Asansörler ivmeli ve asansör sırası bekleme sırası yok hızlılar. Alanya Okurcalar bölgesinde tercih edilebilir bir otel. İlk girişte muhtemelen havlu hırsızlıklarından dolayı havlu depozitosu alıyorlar. Spa bölümü başka bir sahip tarafından işletilmesinden dolayı otel müşterileri kısıtlı 13-14 saatleri arasında 1 saat kullanabiliyor garip geldi. Biz masaj alarak kurtardık. Ancak masörler Balili ve iyiler. İşletmeci Bilal Bey namı değer Billy Bey

На данный момент нахожусь тут с семьей!!! Сюда надо ехать!!!! Кругом еда напитки,( голодным не останется никто) персонал отличный ,( постоянно заботятся о тебе ) уборка территории и номеров - ежедневно! Бассейны чистят, каждый вечер - шоу или вечеринки! Мы остались довольны!!!! Спасибо огромное за ваше гостеприимство!!!!

Well done laguna, another excellent holiday, this is my 10th visit to this hotel food excellent, all staff amazing and friendly, Abdullah, serder and Ibrahim at the pool bar lovely guys, the food this year is back to the best, staff in the restaurant very attentive, rooms as always clean, fabulous hotel, nothing to much trouble for all staff, you will never find a better hotel, the only problem this year was the animation team, more interested in themselves than the tourists only one of the team was excellent that was paulina, she was let down by the rest of the team, see you soon laguna

I think this hotel gets a bad reputation for absolutely no reason There was entertainment on majority of the day with various activities such as volley ball, Zumba etc Kids club on a evening and usually a act on for adults also The food was great, I never struggled with hunger. There’s a patisserie serving snacks 10-6 An ice cream bar serving 11-4 Waffles 3-4pm A jeep to take you to the beach which is pebbles. I never waited more than a minute for drinks and they are unlimited and healthy servings Rooms are clean and up to date with a water bottle in the fridge A midnight breakfast takes place for late check ins Only thing that lets them down is the late check out fees- £40 to extend the room from 12pm to 5pm was a bit ridiculous.

С чего бы начать…. Мы прилетели 18 апреля на 9 ночей, с компанией из 10 человек. Мы были первыми гостями в отеле. Нас красиво встретили с цветами и мы были в восторге. Но… Представления и обещанной дискотеки до 2 часов ночи хотябы в пятницу/субботу не было… нам объяснили что это из за того что отель только открылся. Мы заплатили по £1000 с человека за то что бы у нас была однообразная еда, искусственные соки и плохой алкоголь. Еда была свежая, но однотипная и маленьких выбор, один вечер за 9 дней был достойный ужин. Тарелка попалась в ресторане грязная. Мы раза 4 ездили в рестораны на ужин… Сначала в 2ух их наших номеров не было горячей воды! Через сутки мы попросили поменять номера!!!! Мы заплатили по £10 в сутки за то что бы у нас был вид на море. Номера убирали плохо, оставались разводы на полу. Так же в туалетах в номерах присутствует запах плесени, и нету никаких освежителей воздуха и приятного запаха в номерах. Утренняя смена на баре около бассейна очень дружелюбная и отзывчивая но с вечерней сменой были конфликты и они нас разочаровали. Всегда специально тормозили перед 12 ночи чтобы потом мы покупали напитки за деньги ! Я такое видела первый раз, обычно даже в 4 звездных отелях, если ты сделал заказ до 00:00 тебя все равно бесплатно обслужат даже если на 5 минут позже, в лагуне было не так!!! Они специально делали все очень медленно начиная с 23.50 что бы в 00:00 ты платил и неважно что ты сделал заказ за 5 минут до 12. Один вечер нас было около 15 человек за столом около бассейна и один из нас заказал 15 шотов для всех, бармен из вечерней смены по-моему Абдулах сказал что каждый должен подойти к бару за шотом ! Это было смешно… Интернет постоянно отключается. Нужно заходить и водить пароль заново… У девушки пропала сумка у бара около бассейна. Работники на ресепшене в вечерней/ночной смене сначала не хотели смотреть камеры, дошло до того что мы думали вызывать полицию, благо спустя некоторое время камеры все таки посмотрели и сумку удалось найти в другом месте. Нам не рассказали как она туда попала…. На ресепшене вечерняя ночная смена плохо говорят на Английском и не понимают по русски…. Команда анимации очень общительная к ним претензии нету, но к сожалению нам не хватило программы, девчонки нам это объяснили тем что ещё не все готово к сезону и мало людей в отеле. Ребята старались была зарядка/йога/танцы пол часа в обед, днем в отеле не играет музыка ВООБЩЕ. В соседних отелях каждый вечер была программа и постоянно играла музыка - весь день с утра до вечера. В лагуне такого не было, пару часов после ужина до 23.30 и все спать…. Нам повезло что у нас была колонка с собой. Отдельное спасибо девушке с ресепшен с Казахстана и женщине с гест релеишн Юлии и бармену Ибрагиму! Но к сожалению Лагуна точно не то место в которое хочется возвращаться, на 5 звезд не тянет….
