Cleanliness: Consistently praised as one of the hotel’s strongest aspects, both the rooms and public areas were described as spotless, with cleaning staff working diligently throughout the day.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Scrupulously clean, vast choice of food at every meal, staff superb. One big downside is the location. It's in a very tatty area with nothing to do, local shops consist of a couple of shoe/clothes sellers selling overpriced fake goods and a pharmacy. It is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. As you leave the hotel it's either a hill upwards or downwards. To get to the beach they do provide a regular transport. However, this is a very old land rover with a step upwards at the back to get in. My husband only tried this once but having both knees replaced and other health issues it was too much for him. So we only did it once. The beach area is lovely and has a shady bar area and also a good amount of sun beds.

Sayed at Laguna Beach Alya for 5 days in June. Everything was great, I would like to especially mention the staff of the restaurant and bar. The staff was very friendly, not all of them spoke English well enough, however, this did not slightly spoil the experience, the waiters were very polite. The menu at the bar is diverse, a variety of cocktails and alcohol to choose from. The rooms are clean, tidy, there was no noticeable dirt. The pools are quite small, there was not much space left for swimming, especially during the day. The beach is nice, and there were always sun loungers available. The menu at the beach bar was modest. There was entertainment every day, and music played in the pool, mostly in English and Turkish. Once, I asked for Indian music to be played, and they didn't refuse, so it was played without any problems. There was a show in the theater every evening. The show programs were quite diverse. One of the negative aspects was the smell of poo throughout the hotel, especially in the night disco. Also, there were often not enough tables in the restaurant, especially at dinner. Sometimes you had to wait. I saw several times that people were having dinner sitting on the sun loungers near the pool. And I was very surprised that the girl from the entertainment team always had dinner at a reserved table with an older man. It looked strange and inappropriate. I don't remember the girl's name, but I think her name was Natalia or else. There was not always a place for the transfer from the beach to the hotel. Although the jeep was available frequently, it was easier to walk up the hill. There is a lot of food to choose from at the restaurant, and most of it is very tasty. I only do not recommend the juices from the vending machine at the restaurant.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside – clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing. The food is decent and what you’d expect from a typical all-inclusive hotel. A nice bonus: there’s fresh grilling by the pool every day. The waitstaff at both the bar and restaurant are amazing – super friendly, funny, and always in a good mood. Big compliments to them! However, there are some major downsides: • Entertainment is very poor. The animation team seems unmotivated, the daily program repeats itself with no variety, and the animators speak almost only Russian – barely any English and no Turkish. They don’t interact much with guests and often appear disinterested. • Evening shows are mostly in Russian, with little or no English translation. Most announcements and music are also in Russian, which clearly shows that the entertainment is heavily geared toward Russian-speaking guests. • Music: During the day it’s repetitive, and in the evening it’s only louder from 23:00 to 23:30. After that, the music stops completely – too short for any real evening atmosphere. • Bar: Alcohol is only available until 24:00. The hotel is visually impressive, and the service staff is excellent. But the entertainment is a real disappointment – uninspired, repetitive, and clearly focused on Russian guests. If you don’t speak Russian, you’ll likely feel left out. Recommended only for those who care more about looks and service than entertainment.

I went to this hotel for the second time, the first time in 2023, with my mum and her friend. We stayed for 10 nights and only recently returned a couple of days ago. Here is my honest review: Rooms: upon entry, our room was clean, stocked with clean towels and beds were freshly made. What I appreciate about this hotel the most is that they have rooms that are tailored towards disabled people. As my mum has reduced mobility and we had been to this hotel before, I rang my airline (Jet2) to see if they could give us this room when we arrived if it was available and to our luck, it was so if you have any physical disabilities, be sure to call your airline to see if you can get one of these rooms. The room came with perfect adaptations for disabled people, nice and spacious and the bathroom had a seat and an overhead shower so it made my job a lot of easier. The cleaners did a very good job with cleaning our room and always stocked it with clean towels. We did actually have an incident with the wardrobe as during the middle of the night, we woke up to a loud bang and turns out the bottom shelf to the wardrobe collapsed so in the morning we reported it to the reception who immediately sent someone to fix it, which we really appreciated. The room experience was just as amazing as the first! Food: this is always hit or miss in reviews and if I’m being honest, hotels try to accommodate to what their visitors enjoy. They try to bring in Turkish cuisine while bringing in foods that people from other cultures will eat. People always complain that the food is repetitive and I will admit, breakfast is very repetitive but with lunch and dinner, there was a larger attempt at trying to change the menu which a lot of it we did enjoy so don’t be thrown off by a hotel you want to go to because people say the food is repetitive. I’ve been going to turkey for over 10 years and every hotel is the same, don’t think some hotels will be different. This hotel had a Turkish night and a night dedicated to seafood and sushi (don’t worry not all of it was seafood) so the hotel does try to mix up the dinner and lunch times with people grilling meats and fish everyday outside for dinner. The quality of food was very good for us. Staff: if there’s one topic that I would give a million stars for, it’s the staff. Laguna by far has one of the best selection of staff I’ve ever seen in the years of coming to turkey. They’re so respectful and so incredibly friendly and helpful, no matter if you’re speaking English or Turkish, they’re always a joy to talk to and are always at your service. Because this is our second time going to this hotel, we’ve seen a couple of familiar faces which was so nice to see them again. Here are some people who stood out to us and deserve so much praise: Selin and Seyma- these two ladies work in the patisserie cafe and they were so lovely to talk to and so incredibly helpful to my mum and they never hesitated to bring over my mums things as she couldn’t

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Laguna Beach. 29th June 2025 - 6th July 2025. All the staff (over 450 of them) were very friendly and accommodating during our 7-day stay. Arriving at stupid o'clock in the morning meant that we were hungry. The hotel has what was called the midnight breakfast for my family to feast on. This was more than welcoming. Checking in was fast and on point. We were taken to our rooms and presented with more water than we could ever drink. This was refreshing in comparison to a previous hotel in Turkey, where you had to pay for the essential item. The beds were comfortable and the rooms modern and spacious. The air-conditioning took a few hours to be really effective. When you left the room and removed your card, the air con and lighting switched off. We couldn't wait 2 hours every day for the room to get air conditioned. We found a way around that. The guests at the hotel were more or less friendly and it was good that it wasn't filled with English people. Lots of different nationalities have their own customs and ways. Which took a while to get used to. Lots of sun beds if you wanted. Some are occupied by breakfast. They must have been lovely warm English people (from Brighton, lool). Having breakfast was awesome. They served everything you could desire, apart from black pudding and bacon. Fried eggs galore and endless amounts of omelettes. Lots of different types of breads, croissants and my favourite-fried bakes, which is an enjoyable West Indian delicacy. Chips morning, noon and night, which was a great filler. Lots of different teas, coffees and a dodgy orange squash dispenser, or I would call it coloured water. I would suspect that the better 5-star hotels would have proper orange juice. You definitely will not be disappointed with breakfast. There is a dedicated army of cleaners 24/7 who are there to keep all public and private areas sparklingly pristine, which, to their credit, they do and do it very well - 10/10 for the cleaning staff. After breakfast, we headed to the gym to work off the breakfast; otherwise, you'd end up resembling a blob after a few days. The gym was adequate, given the short time we were there. There was enough equipment to keep you occupied for an hour or two. Air-conditioning in the gym was good, when you closed the door. By the time we finished our workout, the various bars had opened at 10 o'clock in the morning. Only one beer, Tuborg, was served on tap. This was refreshingly cold and went down very well. The variety of cocktails and mocktails were also very good and it was easy to mix and match drinks. Original soft drinks of: Coca-Cola, Sprite, Sparkling water and Orange Fanta were cold and on tap. Whiskey, Vodka, gin and red and white wine were plentiful. Lots of experimentation with the drinks was had. The next time I would bring my robust pint glass; the cups and glasses the hotel used to serve drinks was too small and worn out. The wait time to get served was not longer than a m

We visited in July 2025 (couple with no kids) * very clean rooms, corridors, restaurants and bathrooms *hotel staff friendly and helpful *pools are clean and well maintained, loungers are being reserved before 8am but there's plenty and even after 10am you can find some (not around the poll though), you get shade at some parts later on in the day. The loungers are very comfortable and in good condition (wooden ones with mattresses on top) There's lots of loungers at the beach, you can walk a steep hill or take a shuttle bus for free, it runs every 10 minutes. There's a bar and small snack selection at the beach too (fruits, some veg, pasta, burgers and Turkish crepes) The distance is short but the hotel is on the hill. We walked down and took the bus up ;-) . It's a stoney beach and the stones are extremely hot, extremely hot :-) *the hotel gives chill and quiet vibe, more for couples than families with children. There are 2 slides but not for small children, playground is next to the beach. There's also a quiet pool. There is an animation team and shows every day, they are not very engaging with guests which was perfect for us as we wanted a chill and quiet holiday. *ice cream and waffles are available from the cafeteria at certain times during the day *the food : plenty choice for all meals, there's a grill option at dinner as well, never had to wait for a table or in a massive que for chicken :-) , food is tasty, there was always fish, and few meat options (beef, turkey, lamb, chicken), lots of fruits and salads to choose from, we haven't tried the a la carte but heard that not 5*, big selection of desserts (all inclusive style ones and of course Turkish delicates), water available all the time from many fridges across the hotel. *wifi works ok in all areas (you have to sign in every day though)and also works at the beach *few markets close by (typical Turkish markets) *good location for adventures like paragliding, diving and quads (around 45minuyes one way to destination) *2 hour transfer from the airport Overall its a good small hotel for people looking to have quiet and relaxing holiday. (Around 300 rooms in total I think), would not come with children but definitely will come back for a couples retreat ;-)
