Mükemmel, tertemiz bir otel. Konforlu ferah odalar. Kuş sütü eksik lezzetler ama en önemlisi ne biliyor musunuz? O sıcak ve yoğunluğa rağmen hizmette kusur etmeyen, yüzleri hep gülen personel. Müdüründen gözlemecisine, komisinden garsonuna hepsi harika iş çıkarıyor. Bu otel ve çalışanları her türlü övgüyü hak ediyor. Ailece biz çok memnun kaldık, herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederiz.

We're having a wonderful time at Delphin Platinum right now. Rooms are spacious, spotless and comfortable. Food is so tasty with various choices of veggie and meaty dishes, from Turkish and international cuisines. Unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The staff is friendly, helpful and hospitable. Pools are clean, the sea is crystal blue. The beach is a bit pebbly, though.It's a must to stay at this hotel. Strongly recommended!

Tatilimizi dün bitirdik,botanik ve platinium ayni alan içinde ve mukemmeller ,tatil için aradığınız her şey var en önemlisi de müşteri memnuniyet odaklı. çok otelde konakladık ama burası başka,tatilinizin sorunsuz geçmesi için her şeyi yapıyorlar,temizlik,yemek,ilgi alaka ,aktivite daha sayamadığım bir çok şey,bu yıl tavsiyemizle gelen 15 kişiyle gittik onlar da hayran kaldı,otel çalışanlarınina a da Z ye hepsine teşekkür ediyoruz,ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı Şahin SEZER e Erhan ŞAHİN e Muhammet PEKTEZEL Seyhan PEKTEZEL e ayrıca çok teşekkürler 🙏 sorunsuz mükemmel bir tatil için delphin

We have just checked out of this hotel and so will briefly summarise the best and worst or the hotel. 1. Staff and Service - we could not fault the dedication of all the staff. We were always greeted with smiles and a willingness to help. 2. Pools - many to choose from. The most recommended is the Relax Pool (over 15s only). The others get loud but it is a family resort and so is to be expected. The poolside does get dirty as the day goes on due to the poor habits of guests. The staff try their best to clean areas but cannot keep up. A good idea would be to not allow food at the poolside like we have seen at some other hotels. 3. Room- we stayed in a 2 bed family room. It was adequate for our needs and was cleaned to a good standard each day. Our room was on the 5th floor on the roadside - we had a partial sea view which was nice but it did get noisy at night even with the doors closed. 4. Food- the buffet was well labelled and a great selection of dishes but very busy at times. The A-La Carte restaurants were good but it did feel like a rushed meal in all but the Chinese restaurant. 5. Beverages- Effes on tap is always a winner. The Cava/Sparkling wine was not good and even when we were sent a fresh bottle to our room it didn’t taste good. Other drinks are ok and if you like cocktails then there are many to choose from. 6. Evening entertainment- was of a good standard and the DJ nights were a great touch and created a great atmosphere. So would we return- If we had the choice and were coming back to this part of Turkey we would choose Delphin Be Grand but this is a great value for money hotel as the other is much more expensive.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im Platinum in 6135 — 4.Stock. Schöner großer Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer und die vielen Pools. Leider hat man Abends bis fast 00:00 laute Musik von mehreren Hotels gehört. Auch in diesem hier gab es Mittags ab 11:30 Uhr bis 12:50 Uhr laute Partyspiele am großen Pool, was am Strand leider viel zu laut hörbar ist. Um 14:30 Uhr geht dann Wassergymnastik mit ebenfalls viel zu lauter Musik los, 15 Uhr vermutlich dann am Nachbarhotel und Abends ab ca. 21.30 Uhr - ab 22:30 Uhr wirds noch lauter statt leider 🤮 alles andere ist prima. Klar Kiesstrand ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber dafür kein Sand an den Füßen und genug Liegen frei. Die Zimmer sind sauber und überall genug Bars und super nettes Personal. Essen ist auch lecker 😋

Лучший из всех отелей, где я когда либо бывала. Большая и зеленая территория. Огромный выбор еды (рыба, креветки, лангусты, морепродукты, курица, говядина, баранина, люля, шаурма, салаты, гарниры) и напитков (коньяк, раки, пиво, виски, кола). Всего не пересчесть. В номере каждый день пополняется минибар - бесплатно. Шоколадные батончики, палочки, пиво, кола, фанта, вода. Уборка каждый день. Анимация шикарная. От вечерней спокойной музыки до клубной вечеринки. Пенная вечеринка, конкурсы и т.д. Все супер!
