Отдыхали в августе 2025 года.Побывали в спа,записались на 2х-часовые процедуры.обошлось в 50 долларов на человека.(Сауна,хамам,где тебя и помыли и натерли,отдыхать отправили,а потом массаж всего тела,от пят до макушки.потом масочка,которую смываешь сам.)

Прекрасный отель❤️ По приезду нас встретил очень отзывчивый персонал Sergio Bora Ozen Ребята настолько проявили себя как настоящая команда что смогли сразу подобрать нам очень классный номер ❤️ в номере 3 кровати шкаф и несло кондиционер прекрасная санитарная комната ,шведский стол отдельная история потрясающе вкусные блюда ,отель находится на первой береговой линии пешком 2 минуты от номера ❤️я влюблена в сервис и в персонал вернусь ещё !!! Очень рекомендую !!

Отель не очень. Очень грязно, везде. В номере муравьи, полотенца с чужими волосами, посуда грязная столовые приборы просто лежат на столе, столы не вытирают просто убирают тарелки. Еда обычная столовая, 3 раза в день, 7 дней в неделю одинаковая. Можно найти, то что привыкли кушать дома, остальное это переработанное вчерашнее. Анимация для галочки Стены очень тонкие, это мешает спать Вплотную еще 2 отеля, слышишь еще 2 дискотеки. Из-за перебора людей на квадратный метр кишечная инфекция есть. Мороженое, вафли и все что работает по часам на всех не хватает , отстоишь очередь, а потом говорят «финиш». Виски, пиво тоже все заканчивается, а очередь нет. Персонал обычные молодые ребята -работяги, не все понимают по русски, да и в принципе всем по фиг.
