Rural areas are always remote, so travel time is relatively long. The hotel facilities are also very complete. Basically, after checking in, there is no need to leave the hotel to buy any daily necessities. The meals are also rich and delicious. There are two hot springs in the hotel, one is public and the other is for single use. Everyone can use it according to their own needs, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that all hotel staff only speak Japanese and it is difficult to communicate. When I checked out, I was asked to pay for meals. Even when I showed my reservation voucher to show that meals were included in the room rate, they didn't understand that I had to pay if I wanted to leave. Fortunately, after communicating with trip.com staff, the duplicate payment was refunded. If I can't go back, I'll really want to cry.

I stayed alone with the Touji plan. It was an inn where I could enjoy traveling alone. [Hot spring] All the baths in the building are free-flowing from the hot spring source with good quality spring water. The private baths can be used anytime and as many times as you like as long as they are available, so I was able to enjoy them by myself at my own pace. [Room] Since it was a reasonably priced Touji plan, I was given a Japanese-style room of about 6 tatami mats without a toilet or bath, but the room was clean and there were no inconveniences. [Food] The number of dishes was smaller for the Touji plan than the standard plan, but it was enough for elderly people. The taste was also very good. In addition, with the Touji plan, the food is served to the room, so it was convenient for traveling alone to be able to eat alone while watching TV without any worries, as if I were at home. [Cost-effectiveness] You can enjoy a private bath with high-quality hot spring water, the food is delicious and served to the room, and the cost of a single Touji plan for just under 10,000 yen is the best value for money.

This is my second time staying here. This time, I stayed with a friend for just one night, but we decided to try a cheap mini-hot springs cure. Unlike last time, we were served in the room, and I knew the number of dishes was small, but the menu was enough for an elderly person with a small appetite, and we were served a variety of seasonal mountain vegetable dishes, which were delicious, and the rice in the bowl was so full that we couldn't finish it. There are a lot of vegetables, so it seems like it would be good for an elderly person to stay for several nights. The bath water was always plentiful, overflowing into the washing area, and I was surprised, just like last time. I went to the outdoor bath because I heard the spring quality was different, but I felt that the bath at the inn was more relaxing.
