This clean, fully furnished home is located in the quiet and peaceful Cathy’s Pond subdivision. You will have the entire house to yourself. It’s a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 9 foot ceilings & concrete floors throughout, game room with a sleeper sofa, galley kitchen, dining nook, laundry, living room, and a back porch overlooking a beautiful 7 acre lake. With the 3 bedrooms and the game room the house will sleep 8 people. Bring your fishing gear and relax on the floating dock at sunset. Quick access to MSU using Hail State Boulevard and to the heart of Starkville using South Montgomery. Peaceful Destination
We really enjoyed our stay and the home was lovely. I read previous reviews that took away 1 star due to the fish tanks, deer heads, and clothes in the closet and I must say none of those things were an issue for us. I would have gladly fed the fish if asked and the mounted deer heads were nice. We had plenty of towels and room to place our groceries and clothing. It was definitely peaceful the view from the lake and horses were beautiful. The deck wasn't accessible to sit on this trip but I will definitely reserve and highly recommend this property again. The owner had great communication and made this visit very pleasant.
