Hotel reservation for the 13th-16th of September. Only published cancellation policy when I made the reservation was FREE CANCELLATION BEFORE 1159pm local September 12th. At 830pm on the 12th I attempted to cancel online. I was unsuccessful and was instructed to call hotel directly. I called hotel and spoke with Jacob who told me that I could not cancel because they had special cancellation rules due to a football game in a nearby town. He told me that I had to speak with a manager tomorrow morning. I explained to him that when I made the reservation there was no special cancellation rules posted anywhere and that I was within the appropriate published cancellation window. He still refused to cancel my reservations which forced me to call Hilton Honors customer service to cancel without any issues.

Truck drivers here, who are pretty partial to Home2 Suites because we prep our next week’s meals so Home2s provide a dishwasher, FULL size refrigerator (a must), and garbage disposal. With that said, this location is an absolute gem! The outside was super clean, lobby was well stocked, hallway rugs were in pristine condition (almost like they recently remodeled, but they said it had been a while)…and the room..the room was absolutely fabulous! Every one of the faucets looked brand new so you can tell they take pride in their cleaning procedures! Refrigerator door opened toward the room (yes, there are places that have frigs that open toward the door; not sure why), the garbage disposal worked like a gem and to really take this hotel over the top from all others? The shower pressure was not shared with the bathroom faucet. You know that issue; you turn on the shower expecting the full pressure to come only through the shower head but it splits between that and the tub faucet, giving you a very disappointed shower experience. Well, not with this hotel! It was phenomenal and we enjoyed this location immensely. Breakfast was great! While we normally don’t have anything but our own food, today we enjoyed their waffles and coffee! Just a really great location, staff and amenities!! Have this on our list to pick this place again should we have to reset in this location!!

Thank you Home 2 for making my family’s stay an enjoyable one! Staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff made you feel like family! We will certainly be back! Pool was fabulous! Book here it’s worth it!

Super nice hotel and a great value! Beds are comfortable, rooms are large with kitchens and everything to enjoy a meal, breakfast was very good with protein choices, fresh fruit and pastries, everything was clean in all areas, friendly staff! Several restaurants in the area. Easy on and off the highway but no highway noise. Highly recommend

Love staying at these hotels. Credit Hilton for this chain being very consistent and alike at a top lvl of quality for a reasonable price. Look for them everywhere I travel. Very comfortable bed. People were very nice that work here. Great breakfast and always love the rooms.

Filling good to staying in hotel, personal was nice and breakfast was delicious . We were looking for place to stay overnight. They took us with no problem. We join our stay. Definitely we will see you again in our way back. Thank you

This property has worn out and filthy rooms. Carpets, curtains, bed and towels smelled. Hilton needs to up their game, I will never stay ay a Home2 again. They make the exterior and reception look good, but that's about it.

Absolute nightmare! I arrived to check in after 10pm and was told my room was ready so I paid. The clerk stated my room had 2 full-sized beds and handed me the keys. I explained I booked 2 queen-sized beds and she stated they only had full and king and that property didn’t have queen beds. I asked for a refund as this was not what I needed, and she stated she would be happy to refund me, had I not booked through *******. I started to ask another question and she rudely interrupted with, “thank you, goodnight” and refused to acknowledge me again. I had to travel elsewhere after 10pm to find appropriate accommodations. I reached out to ******* and they called the hotel. The clerk told ******* that my room with queen beds was ready and she didn’t know what the problem was. I didn’t know the clerk was lying the whole time. This hotel still refused a refund after multiple inquiries from *******. The clerk knew I left the property and rented the rooms to someone else anyways, so I’m unsure why a refund is still not possible. I’m a frequent traveler throughout the US and internationally. I have never had an issue like this. Hope this hotel is able to fix their short comings.
