While we’ve had positive experiences at this hotel in the past, our recent stay was marred by unexpected challenges. Booking three rooms for a three-night stay, we encountered various issues—no running water in one room (we were moved to another room), the new room we were moved to had a non-working refrigerator, and broken window shades in the second. Stopped up bath tub (drained very slow during showers which accumulated about 4 inches of water). Unbeknownst to us, several rooms were undergoing renovations, a detail we weren’t informed about prior to booking. Despite the staff’s awareness of these issues, we were assigned the problematic rooms, leading to a less than satisfactory experience this time. We were assigned to rooms on the 4th floor & had to go down to the 1st floor to get ice, it was the only place in the building with a working ice machine. Breakfast was typical, we went elsewhere for breakfast. Very disappointing! I do not recommend this location!

We generally like to stay at Home2 Suites because we love the layout of the rooms due to all of the extra spaces to put things. This one however is struggling. We booked for 2 nights. Morning #1 there was no hot water to shower. It was barely warm. We will see what tomorrow morning brings. They do not have sufficient wash cloths for guests. At least 3 rooms didn’t have enough, we only got one and they didn’t have more when we ask, but they were washing some! The front desk is not manned regularly and you have to wait 10-15 minutes at least at times. The day after we checked in our room cards quit working and we had to wait for at least 10 minutes for someone to return to the front desk to fix them. The tv needs replaced it has a black line running down the screen. They do not provide hairdryers. We checked what they offered for breakfast and we chose to eat elsewhere. Most of the front desk staff was pleasant when they were there.

We were greeted by Krista at the reception desk, and she took care of our check-in. When she realized we had booked our hotel reservation through a third party, she mentioned we wouldn't earn Hilton Honors points. She took care of our cancelation and rebooked our two week hotel stay. Upon entering the very spacious corner room on the top floor, we noticed several light switches not working. We managed with the other lights so I didn't notify the staff about the other lights not working. The shower seemed like it needed a good cleaning and caulking around the base of the shower. After relaxing on the couch, I noticed what smelled like a dog. When I got into bed, I smelled the same dog smell on the bed. The sheets also didn't look like they were switched out. The next day, I spoke with the night manager, Amber, and she promptly moved us to another room. This room smelled like coffee. We were tired after moving everything we unpacked the day before. Relaxing on the couch, I noticed the stench of the dog again. I was too tired to move again, so I stayed. When the AC was on, the room smelled like a dog. I realized they were a pet-friendly hotel. After 5 days, our room had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Krista was kind enough to bring me towels and garbage bag liners to replace the trash cans. One of the face towels had facial hair all over it, and the body towel had large yellow stains. After 10 days, housekeeping finally cleaned our room, but the floor still hadn't been sweeped and the floor was so sticky. Two days later, I saw some housekeepers cleaning the room and was hopeful our room was next. Not a chance. Day 12, and we still didn't have housecleaning service in our room despite numerous requests. Krista finally came, and she brought some towels, soap, dish towels, and garbage bags. This hotel will also go under renivations for the next two years to freshen up the furniture. Might I suggest keeping all dogs on the same floor for those customers with dog allergies? The front desk staff were nice. I will stay at another hotel the next time we visit because I don't want to stay in a hotel under construction.

1st ever disappointing stay, H2S has always been one of my favorites. Bathroom floor has hair and sticky residue that stuck to our shoes. Broken lavatory faucet that was stuck on hot. Tore up window cover. Dirty walls with a dirty worn out couch. Talked to staff but they were overbooked and couldn’t help us, at the same time another person came up saying they had no hot water in their room. Elevator sounded like it was going to come apart and actually scared my kids. I would have left but all the hotels in the area were booked. Next morning went to breakfast (8:00) and they were seriously out of food and coffee, only had cereal. Waited 30 minutes and finally gave up and took my family elsewhere. And also I don’t know if it was just in our heads at this time but we all felt really itchy in the bed sheets. This place needs some serious TLC!

We were here for a wedding and were absolutely delighted. The reservation process is easy. The check-in was easy. The staff were very welcoming. The rooms and lobby were super clean. Everything you needed was in the room. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. The area is quite walkable. I would happily stay there again

My elderly mother and I checked on 4/30 in the early evening with a cat.. The electric blind in the living room area, where my mother was going to sleep, wouldn't work. The employee at the desk, who was very friendly and helpful, came to the room to look at it and said she'd put a work order in to get it fixed 2 weeks ago. She said we could switch rooms but we'd already gotten all our stuff organized and driven for 8 hours that day.. I wasn't in the mood to switch rooms. The employee then told us we'd get money taken off our bill. Later in the evening, I realized the electric blind also didn't work in the bedroom. We were in a handicapped room, which we were told we requested which we did not. The bathroom faucet was loose and there was no shower gel. There were no clocks in either the living room/pull out couch area or the bedroom. The clock on the microwave wouldn't keep the correct time. The fabric on the chair at the desk was torn. We went for breakfast the next morning. The omelets were cold and the coffee was weak and cold. The employee at the desk was rude, disinterested and of course knew nothing about us getting a discount on our bill bc of the blinds. There was only one baggage cart for the whole hotel so I got to make 3 trips out to the car with out belongings and out cat. Our dirty breakfast dishes were still on the table where we left them 30 minutes after we were finished. When I made this reservation in January, I was told that the pet fee was $50. I called the hotel to verify this after I made the reservation on the Hilton website. Of course it was $75 when we checked out. I've been looking for a decent hotel in Quail Springs for a while now. This is definitely not the one.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, but won't be our last. We were warmly greeted by Heather upon registering and she provided us with bottled water and a very nice pre-printed welcome note as an Honors member. The room was well furnished, clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and plenty of room in the bedroom. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with a walk-in shower and great shower head, towel bars at the sink and adequate towels. My only concern was the shower floor being very slippery, probably from it being cleaned. I had to place a towel on the shower floor to prevent slipping. The fitness center was really great, spacious and well-furnished with 3 treadmills, a bike, weights, bench, elliptical, water, towels and wipes. One of the better exercise facilities we've found. The business center also was very good, with two computer screens and comfortable chairs. The breakfast selection was average, but had pre-made omelets and egg dishes, along with cereals, juice, coffee, etc. They offered no meat selection with the eggs, nor fresh cut mixed fruit. It was nice, though, to have real glass plates on which to eat, instead of the flimsy paper plates. The hostess kept everything filled, fresh and available. I noted that the luggage cart was covered with pet hairs when checking in, but later they were cleaned up. It was good to see that the staff were on top of things, keeping public restrooms clean and stocked, as well as the fitness center and other public areas. It was also good to see the attention to cleanliness and sanitation - so important in these times. We were checked out by Sylivia, again a friendly an efficient staff member. Overall, this hotel gets a grade of A and my recommendation. We stayed on two separate occasions, and although staff attentiveness varied a little between the two visits, my grading averaged the two visits together.

Very clean! Well maintained. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Yet no charging station for your hybrid if you need one. Breakfast was good. Waffles were good. They have a full fridge. It’s like a mini kitchen in your room!

Six of us met from across the States. Good service, nice area for gatherings for playing cards and dominos. And we sang along with the music on our phone. Not too noisy, but lots of fun and no reprimands! Plenty of coffee and tea; although not kept hot all day. But just had to ask for hot water and it was provided. Too hot for grilling, did not try the indoor salt pool. Would definitely come back next season!
