No plug for the shower drain, the handicap shower head didn't work at all, the toilet seat was unbearably loose to the point it pinched my daughters read ends when they used it, the outside door to the rear parking was never kept locked, the elevator was missing grab bars, the room above us (311) was allowed to be noisy from 11:06 pm to 12:17 am during our first night, costing me several hours of sleep and in the rear parking some guy was allowed to keep his trailer in the corner & during the second evening I watched him work on his dirt bike. I don't know how many times he revved it through the parking lot. It was simply annoying. I think this hotel is only five years old, but it is showing age already. As for the rowdy neighbors above us, I and my wife went down to the front desk twice asking for help, but the noise continued for another 40 minutes.

Camere ampie, pulite, complete di cucina e frigorifero grande! Perfetto per chi si ferma per qualche giorno e vuole farsi da mangiare per uno stile un po' più sano dello standard Usa. Colazione standard di queste catene, uova strapazzate, waffle, pane tostato, bevande calde La piscina è dell'albergo di fronte, comunque accessibile. Questo hotel dispone solo di una "Spa" (cioè una piccola vasca con le bolle).

The first night was okay, the room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. We took advantage of the shuttle service to Bricktown and were happy with the service. Breakfast was good: eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits & gravy, waffles as well as cold food choices. The next day we discovered the fan above the toilet in the bathroom was dripping water and made a mess. They gave us a new room that night. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, woke me up all night every time it kicked on. The water pressure was non-existent. Barely had enough to do the job. We took the shuttle that night, but they never answered our texts or calls to pick us up so we had to make our own way home.

Stayed here for a concert at Paycom Center. Was delighted to find after checkin they offered a complimentary shuttle to anywhere in the Bricktown area from 3-11p. Room was clean, staff was friendly, free breakfast—I’d definitely stay again!

This is a 2-star hotel (being very generous) that lies on Hotwire and gets bookings by saying they are a 3.5 star hotel. Once you discover the lie they say they have a no refund policy. If you want to stay at a dishonest hotel that lies about the quality of the hotel here is your place.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel, located in the Bricktown/Downtown area of Oklahoma City. This hotel is very clean and the location is perfect if you are visiting Oklahoma City. The stay includes a delicious complimentary breakfast every morning, also the hotel has a great fitness center, and the staff are very courteous and helpful.

When traveling to follow softball tournaments we stay many times at mainstay and have been very pleased. This location was awesome until, after our first night, Thursday we did not receive fresh towels. I asked the front desk and never received them. It took three times on Friday asking and again on Saturday three times, with the 7th time being when we had been out. You would have thought they would have delivered them then. The last time I had to get upset with the manager. She then blamed me for not being in my room to receive them. It was very disappointing. I hope she doesn’t make the rest of our stay miserable

What a great room! More than I expected. The room and bathroom was huge, the room also had a kitchenette and a pull out desk with two chairs. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the area was perfect for our stay. Breakfast was grab and go, but it was still hot breakfast sandwiches, fruit and pastries to go.

The room was nice but did not have a blow dryer so I called the front desk and she said she had one. I got it from her but the air did not blow hot so it was pretty useless. I’m not sure why the room had a kitchen with so many items but a basic bathroom item was not attached to the wall. Also, the window really let in the cold air from outside even though it was completely closed. So we had to turn the heat up to 78 to make the room warm. The breakfast area had more than the typical cereal bar, apple, and danish, so that was a plus. The exercise room was pretty big and the hotel was pretty clean. The front desk attendant allowed us to check out an hour later than was supposed to which was nice, but she must’ve either forgot to tell the staff or the staff just forgot because two different people knocked on our door wondering why we were still there.
