I had booked this hotel for Saturday and it said I booked for yesterday. When I inquired and let them know of the mistake, they said absolutely no refunds, then called my cell phone in the night, I did not answer, my assumption is that I didn’t show up and they were asking why?!? I understand policies, I get it, but to be addressed directly after and knowing that it was a mistake and not even offering to switch the date is ridiculous. Money I will not get back, but also a service I will not ever use again.

Their night shift employees are completely lazy and won’t help you get amenities that the hotel provide, didn’t care that I also stated that I was going to file a complaint on her.

Great motel. Reasonably priced. Very clean and staff is very friendly. We had a king room and it had a sofa and 2 tvs. The bathroom had a large square shower head over the center of the tub and a magnifying mirror to the side of the regular mirror. They also have a very good breakfast included. Much nicer than expected. And for less than $150 a night.

This hotel had many amenities that were not working during our two night stay. We were made aware of some of the problems at check-in (elevator down and A/C being repaired). We were offered a full refund to find another place to stay, but at such late notice, we decided to go ahead and just walk four flights to our room when needed. What they didn't tell us is that there wasn't wi-fi available on the upper floors of the hotel. When we discovered there was not going to be wi-fi in our room the second night, we asked to be moved to a room with working internet. This was not provided, nor was any compensation or apology given for the inconvenience (had to work from a Starbucks and was not able to connect to sleep app to be able to sleep). Sorely disappointed!

Only issue we had was housekeeping trying to cone in the riom before we checked out.
We had a confirmed 1pm late checkout, yet they tried coming in at 12noon.

The property was nice and quiet. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was decent. The room was priced right. Husband enjoyed it. Very clean
