La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham OKC North - Quail Springs

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to all the things we did and where we ate. We did a three out of five because of dirty sheets in the first room. The sheet had a large stain. However, again the staff was very helpful and moved us to a new room. They also apologized and let us know a manager would be notified. The bed as comfortable and we slept well.

We stayed overnight one night and had a pleasant experience! It was spacious and comfortable! My only complaint was the bathroom floor didn't seem very well cleaned, other than that everything else felt very clean. The big tv was a plus for my kids abs the beds were comfy!

I couldn’t sleep as I heard banging on the walls all night. When I got up to use the bathroom in the morning the light and fan wouldn’t turn on! I would not recommend staying here unless it is an absolute last resort. Never have I had an experience such as this one!

The room was nice and very claimed the beds were comfortable. The staff very rude. The phone call that I made the following day about a $40 charge to my personal bank account because I said we checked out late was false. It was almost an hour past about the maid had said she wasn’t ready for the room anyway and when I got home and realized they charge me $40 on top of the 9699 that I already paid. I called up there thinking it was a mistake. She was rude disrespectful raised her voice at me and then hung up. I am not happy and customer service was a big issue for me. I will not be returning I would like my $40 replaced as soon as possible.

Visiting family who just moved to OKC. Perfect hotel for five day stay. Had everything I needed while here. Shopping and restuarants are close by. Ample parking. Pros: Friendly check-in/out, all day good coffee (young girl at front desk made fresh for us mid-afternoon), breakfast in lobby until 0930, indoor pool open until 1030 pm, quiet hotel, linens were clean and everyone pretty friendly. Cons: trucks parked overnight in back parking lot engine noise -not terribly loud but audible.

They couldn’t pick a better place to put LQ it aint to close yet it aint to far driving to downtown 12 miles to get to Oklahoma city is where you are! Where you are, hotel right on par: Gunna give ya theme suites, conference room and breakfast spacious upscale lobby, as the website prefaced fountains at the entrance what my eyes have seen and the big surprise an outdoor putting green just outside the generous sized pool and hot tub as advertised [chorus] Oooooklahoma! where la quinta treated me like king where this gold member, will remember getting up graded of which i sing! Oooo0o0o0oklahoma city quail springs la quinta elevator ride, i spot my eye, on the glossy ad as i ride high there are four themed suites that are grand to the top floor this elevator land western themed suite Yeeow! Aye-yip-aye-yo-ee-ay! jacuzzi window suite with view of oklahoma oklahoma, ok! [everybody!] Aaaaaaat la quinta where this indoor pool temp was perfect (at la quint-a) and the hot tub jets, were strong and lets play a round of golf not to expect Aaaaaaat la quinta this location has a putting green (la quinta!) i slept in so i, missed breakfast by the spacious pristine underlie My only complaint is to thee the exit to get to this property is a toll road Yeeowch! andyouwillhavetopayyyyy! confusing system no booth attendant at this stop, coins only, causeway …you’ll-pay you’ll-pay you’ll-pay you’ll-pay you’ll-pay you’ll-pay you’ll-pay you’ll-pay you’ll-pay you’ll-pay you’ll-pay you’ll-pay… I was driving from out of state was not prepared for this exits fate I had to dash Yeeow! I had no choice unlash my reservations not doin fine oklahoma, oklahoma de-part-ment-of-trans-port-a-tion O.D.O.T. Yeeow!

The hotel lobby and outside of the building is beautiful! We had a king suite and it was okay, about 20% overpriced in my opinion but okay for a one night stay. The breakfast bar was beautifully set up and it seems that the employees do try to take care of their guests and the hotel. The room was very clean, always a plus when housekeeping does a fantastic job! It is in a good location for food and shopping too. My only issue was the advertisement on the back of the hotel room door for a nearby restaurant. We wanted to order some food but when we went to the website, it was to a dirty website. No biggie but not something the hotel should be advertising. I kindly let the front desk employee know. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Stephen and his staff always go out of their way to make your stay the very best they possibly can. Almost every time I have stayed there, on the weekends, I see him and say hello. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The breakfast is delicious. We always enjoy staying at this property. This hotel looks amazing after the recent renovations. I highly recommend this property if you are traviling through, or just need a weekend getaway. You won't regret. A+ in my book.

Loved the size of the room will definitely stay again loved the room and being able to be uphraded to a suite
