My opinion Will never stay here

Awful trash

Motel 666 Bed linens were stained with holes. Room was not cleaned and had to ask for clean towels for 2nd night. Had to get a new room key after 1st night because key given to me did not work. Was not given AARP discount. Window air conditioner did not work properly

horrible service We reserved and paid for a jacuzzi room for 2 nights, and the first night were placed in a room where the jacuzzi was not working. We advised the desk and were told that maintenance would be called. We were later told that they were unable to be reached and we would be moved to another room in the morning. When we were moved we asked about some sort of adjustment due to the issues and were told it was not their fault and they would do nothing to make it up. Also when we moved rooms we were denied an extra blanket after asking twice, and had to argue to get extra towels, and were originally told no that we did not need them because there were 3 towels in the room, even though we had a jacuzzi and needed extra towels. When I checked out I was told they would take 10 % off due to the issues, but they did not. I was still charged the full price for 2 nights in the jacuzzi suite when we had no use of the jacuzzi for one of those nights!!

Will not stay there afain Not enough parking. Greeted with a pit pull coming out barking. Questioned why I put down one adult and one kid. Tried to charge me adult price for my kid. Pictures do not look like the place. Unknown bugs in the floor especially in bathroom. Thank goodness the sheets did look clean. Deadbolt t on the room did not lock. It was cheap, so I guess I got what I paid for. Will not stay there again. Got the nonsmoking room, but really didn’t matter, the place smelled.
