horrible service
We reserved and paid for a jacuzzi room for 2 nights, and the first night were placed in a room where the jacuzzi was not working. We advised the desk and were told that maintenance would be called. We were later told that they were unable to be reached and we would be moved to another room in the morning. When we were moved we asked about some sort of adjustment due to the issues and were told it was not their fault and they would do nothing to make it up. Also when we moved rooms we were denied an extra blanket after asking twice, and had to argue to get extra towels, and were originally told no that we did not need them because there were 3 towels in the room, even though we had a jacuzzi and needed extra towels. When I checked out I was told they would take 10 % off due to the issues, but they did not. I was still charged the full price for 2 nights in the jacuzzi suite when we had no use of the jacuzzi for one of those nights!!
