The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. The front desk service is average, the shuttle needs to be booked 24 hours in advance

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I found a giant bedbug crawling across my pillow. I captured it in a cup and took it to show the front desk, and they were completely unsurprised. When I asked for another room, they tried to put me in the room next door. The second room they put us in was a disaster, there was no toilet paper holder, just a roll sitting on the counter, no soap, the TV was cracked and crocked, the chair was ripped up, the remote didn't work, the internet was terrible, the AC was terrible - it barely cooled, the breakfast was sparse and terrible and when I asked for a hairdryer they asked me to bring it back to the desk as soon as I was done. Absolutely the worst - avoid this place at all costs.

This place was horrible! There was what looked like blood or possibly makeup who knows on the curtains, the room smelled of I don’t even know, mold on the shower curtains, plaster all over the bathroom door, writing on the wall from 2023, something splattered all over the lamp shade, when entering or exiting the room the closet doors flung open blocking the entrance door which made it unsafe and so much more. When we asked for the hotel to approve a refund for the 2 nights we refused to stay they agreed twice via email but it never happens. It took me 15 tries to get ahold of someone by phone just to be told once again that there was no manager there and no one to approve our refund. There was another guest who had roaches in her room. This place is a disaster and management doesn’t seem to care at all. We took our business to the Hampton Inn up the road and I would recommend them to all who are traveling to the area because they know what costumer service is all about.

First off, when I pulled up at the hotel, it was around 8:36p.m on a Friday. I saw a younger looking man, (I'd say early 20's), standing outside and it looked like he was up to no good. The area in general looked suspicious if you ask me. I asked the lady at the front desk if people normally hang out around the hotel, and she said no but I beg to differ. This area looked like a breeding ground for all types of crime and unwanted behavior, but I digress. I had already booked the room, and I had to get dressed for my event, so I had no time to search for another hotel at that moment. I saw all kinds of, let's say, low vibrational people walking in the hallway, among other names I will not call them. This hotel was nasty and disgusting looking. I got into my room and the couch in the room looked like they got it off the street and put it in the room, smh. The room was dark in general, and the hotel just looked old and unkept. I never took any of my clothes out of the bag and set my bag on the table, no on the floor or anywhere else because I had a feeling there had to be bugs here. I immediately checked the bed and pulled the sheets up to check the seams of the bed to check for bedbugs. Surprisingly, the bed and linens were clean from what I saw. I went to my event and didn't return until almost 3a.m. When I pulled up, there were all kinds of younger looking adults outside just hanging out, which the woman told me earlier that wasn't the case, that was a lie. I barely found a parking spot. I finally found a spot and went into my room. I showered and went to bed around 3:30a.m. and woke right back up around 6:30a.m. to attend another event. I saw two roaches as I was getting dressed in the morning and started screaming. There was a roach right by the lamp on the table. Uggggggg. I immediately packed my bags and got out of there and told the guy at the front desk I was not happy about this hotel. He stated that he would refund me for a day, so I'll wait to see if that happens. I took every piece I would never in my life step foot in this hotel ever again. It was horrible. Pictures are very deceiving and the reviews as well. Luckily, my cousins were in town as well, attending the same events as me and they had a hotel suite. I ended up staying with them on Saturday and I left on Sunday. Don't ever go here and you definitely better not take your children. It's not a good hotel at all.

The staff was great the hotel was clean and everything was exceptionally nice. We will definitely stay again real soon. It was very quiet and no disruptions. My friends came over to visit and absolutely loved the room and wanted info on how to stay there

***BED BUGS*** ***Update: the response from the hotel is completely false. They need to provide proper paperwork from an extermination company, rather than an email saying "Our maintenance company looked around." They are operating illegally, and refuse to have someone inspect the property formally. I have sent pictures of the home in the mattress where the bed bugs live, as well as the bugs themselves. They still refuse to do anything at all. They just keep having maintenance "look" during the day which doesn't help anyway; bed bugs are nocturnal. Please email me if you'd like to join me in a case to sue Wingate by Wyndham OKC.*** Stay away from this place! It is horribly dirty, and a walking liability, every bit of it. My family and I stayed there last night and couldn't help but noticed the stains, the smells, it wasn't wiped down or vacuumed. However, it was late and our kids needed sleep. They didn't have anything ready for our kids' pull-out couch/bed, and had to take something from another room for us. We checked around our bed before sleeping in it, but it looked fine at first glance, enough to stay one night. My husband woke up at 2am to BED BUGS ON HIM. We immediately flipped the mattress and found their home. We packed up all of our belongings which were scattered around the floor, to leave the hotel. The night shift clerk had TERRIBLE service. He would not call the manager, and I have been unsuccessful in getting ahold of anyone who can make this right. We will have to toss our most loved clothing and items, change flights, and head back to Colorado early because of the plain neglect of the hotel staff. This post remains up until I hear from corporate directly.

Do NOt Stay HERE!!! I was there three days ago. This hotel is infested with Bed Bugs and our trip was ruined to go to the state fair and chose to stay at this hotel. We stayed in Room 121 a king and a sofa sleeper room. We were three senior Cousins and happy to be together for a few days. I have images of the red bed bugs on the white sheets, the bites and red whelps all over my body. When you look at mattress of the bed and pull back the creased ticking you can see the black dust of the bed bugs I first had three bites on my stomach and now my arms and legs. I have already gone to the hospital for an antibiotic shot and creams and Benadryl shot. I have a letter from Doctor and hospital stating treatment from Bed Bug bites and the reaction of the bug bites. I have tried to contact the owner and there has been no reply. I have tried to contact reservations and etc. and again there has been no reply. This is an Indian owned property and they show no concern for my inching and uncomfortable state and the $ of my Doctor Visit and the $ of the two night stay in what I was expecting a clean and restful night. I need to hear back from owner of this property. The Owners card given to me by front desk has the reservation phone number and the name Sam Patel. I only wish i had checked the mattress before laying on it.

The room was booked on the Wyndham website prior to going. After reading reviews online, I was very concerned about the stay. Upon arriving, we waited an hour as 3pm on the dot is check in. We received 1 card for three adults for the room. Upon check-in, an additional $7.99 "hospitality" fee was added to the bill. So the Wyndham website quoted one price, and the property added an additional fee. The stay was ok. We did not stay for the breakfast that started at 6:30am. Unfortunately, no food may leave the dining area, and you must have your coupons from check-in. On the plus side, the room was clean. On the downside, the 2am wake up of people outside the hotel smoking was frustrating especially when we were on the 3rd floor. Despite the first floor room that had been driven thru, the hotel was still open.

The stains were all over the couch...were giving me bad vibes. Hallways needed the carpet updated...front desk was very nice when we decided to go to a different hotel. Did not look like the pictures online, needed deep cleaning. The bathroom fan was squeeky loud, stains on the floor infront of the fridge, king sized bed with only 3 pillows, baseboards were pealing up in the bathroom, cigarette butts in the hallways on the floors, windows needed to be cleaned.
