The staff is excellent. Rodora went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. She always has a beautiful smile, greets you each time she sees you and is very knowledgeable about restaurants and things to do in the area. Restaurant in the hotel is limited with options but we had an excellent breakfast by the sweetest lady. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Could not have asked for a better experience. Would definitely book again when visiting Oklahoma City.

Was very impressed with the staff. Such great service is very hard to find nowadays. I assume the lady was the General Manager, anyway, she was always available throughout our 1 week stay... very, very nice and wanted our stay to be perfect. When I checked out I left a phone charger in the room, I called and she went above and beyond to find it and FedEx it to me... saved me a 2 hour roundtrip to retrieve it. She, and the other front desk staff, were always genuinely pleasant. The restaurant is pretty small and the offerings are limited, but the staff there were top notch as well. This place has great people.!.!.!

The soundproofing is really poor. I can clearly hear phone conversations from the next room, and footsteps from the floor above are also clearly audible. Additionally, my car’s recording captured someone trying to open my car door (there were no bags or anything inside the car).
