Enjoyed our stay!

The Wi-Fi on the fourth floor is too weak to connect to, so the free Wi-Fi sort of depends on which room you get. Also the rooftop air conditioning on the fourth floor rumbles so much you're going to listen to it all night. Only one elevator works so if you go when it's busy plan on taking the stairs a lot. They take your credit card or "incidentals" but you can't charge anything to your room so if you go down to the lobby for anything don't forget your wallet anyway. Otherwise the room was decent for the price.

We were on a road trip to a family reunion and this was the midpoint of our trip, so we needed to stop. We checked in very late, after midnight, and was greeted by Prashanth. He was extremely friendly and accommodating. I couldn't find the room we were assigned, it did not have the room number posted (213) and I was afraid to assume the room I saw was correct and didn't want to enter it. He came upstairs and assisted us into the room. Prashanth was very patient with all my questions and still had that positive attitude when we checked out in the morning. I really appreciated his assistance. The room was clean and had all the amenities, including a refrigerator. It was a nice short overnight stay.

We were on a road trip and needed somewhere to stop. This is a perfect place for that, just off the interstate. Warm welcome from our receptionist and he gave us a bottle of water which was very welcome. Room, good size with all the amenities. Overall, a very good overnight stay.

My parents were there for 3 days for a Jehovah's Witness Convention. Mom left a small bag with her meds and some jewelry. I called and spoke to Demonte. He immediately told me it was brought to the front desk and told me what to do so he could send it to us. He sent me pictures of the bag, the label I sent him and when he put the item in a box ready to send. He was very friendly, helpful and efficient! I appreciated it very much!!!

The room was booked by my company. I'm a truck driver and my truck was down for maintenance. When I got there to check in I was told that I personally would have to pay extra fees before I could go to my room even though my company was the one paying for my stay. It wasn't until I called my company on speaker phone that the lady behind the counter agreed to put the charge on the company account like it was supposed to be and assist the young lady that was trying her best to help me. I was not made to feel welcome at all by the woman claiming to be the supervisor. Especially when she disregarded the young lady that was trying her best to get me checked in. She was clearly new and just needed some help but the other two would not even acknowledge her. Normally this would be the end of it and I would mark this as a bad stay, however the young lady who was doing her best to help me at first was very sweet and welcoming and even made sure that I had everything I needed (offered me extra towels, soaps, etc...). When it was time to check out, the gentleman at the desk proceeded to inquire about my stay. Unlike the woman I encountered upon check in, he was dressed very professionally, greeted each guest as they came through the door and even paid for candy for the family with little kids waiting on their shuttle. If it wasn't for Mr. Bennett (the real manager); the hotel and the rude lady who called herself a supervisor would have gotten a one star.

Average hotel. Would stay again if I needed a stay less than $80 (TripAdvisor plus discount) for a night. Positives were free parking, elevator was quick, building/lobby looked clean and modern, comfy bed, A/C worked and quick check in/out. Hotel was within a min of the interstate, breakfast, fuel and restaurants which was great. Negatives were very faint room odor, towels were small, wife said the pool area looked dirty, and no fridges (which I saw in prior reviews so not sure why they haven’t added them yet).

No fridge and no microwave but I thought I saw it in photos. They take dogs and I brought my little shih tzu and it was raining outside and an employee remarked very loudly why would someone bring their wet dog in here. My dog's feet make less of a mess than people walking in from the rain. If they don't like dogs they should not accept them. Sheets had a stain on it - 2 small towels for 2 people. I thought this was a 3 star hotel but it is not.
