Home2 Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City NW Expressway

Very clean, friendly staff, generous with checkout times. We had a large group, and they worked hard to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. Breakfast free. Not very extensive but kept readily stocked. Good coffee and assortment of teas.

This stay was booked while traveling to OKC via Hilton Honors. We specified that we needed a room with 2 beds and a pull out bed to which we were told that all the rooms had that accommodation. When we arrived, we were placed in a room with no couch / pull out bed. We called front desk to explain what we were told and that we needed the room accommodations that we requested. We were advised that since we booked through Hilton Honors we would have to take that up with them, as the front desks hands were tied. 2 LONG and frustrating calls to Hilton Honors later (it was late, kids needed to be in bed as there are sports events in the early morning and there was a language barrier as well as the operators not being convinced that not all the rooms had a couch nor that the front desk couldn’t handle it) we were finally moved into a room that matched what we were told we were getting. I feel like this only happened because of Charles (front desk) and Oceasha (assistant manager). Those 2 saved our opinion of this entire experience. Room needed an extra cleaning (bathroom, fridge, and sink area as well as the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed and was told the part wasn’t in) but it was comfortable. Breakfast was great, and we were promptly delivered the extra blankets we asked for. We will continue to use Home2 because it fits our family size, but we’ve learned to double check accommodations…

Gary and staff acknowledged my frustration with another hotel, reacted faster than expected, and completely exceeded my expectations! I will be back to this Home2 Suites when in OKC! The room was spotless and smelled delightful!

Well it was a VERY rough start. I had made a reservation for what I thought was the night we would be there. It was it was for 2 weeks later! I had to call the customer service department! The first time I called I was told that it would be an 8 minute wait.....after 15 minutes of having dead air. I took my phone inside so that Shortea Caldwell ( the young woman at the desk) could hear what we were hearing. I then hung up and called back! The woman we spoke to about the mix up! She was incredibly rude to us, so my boyfriend told her cancel our reservation that we were going somewhere else! This woman said thats fine go somewhere else! By this time Shortea's manager Toni S was there. We all heard her being rude! When I told them that we had just drove 2 1/2 hours because I had doctors appointment at the Dysplasia Clinc early in the morning. They found us a room apologized for the way we were treated and gave us a drink and snacks along with a discount on our room for everything! They were AMAZING! Thank you so much for not disregarding us! Made our trip very nice! Not to mention when we got to our room it was a little suite with everything you need! So clean and welcoming! Thank you so much!

I have stayed in the last 2 years 4 months worth a night's. The last stay was the worse. I had dirty rags. My sheets at must smell. There was dirty qtip on the floor. Highly disappointed. I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk and she said the housekeeping manager would call me. Never happened

I booked this hotel for my RVP and he said, "Let's pick a different hotel for me going forward in Oklahoma City. This place is run down, nasty, stained carpets... it's just gross!" Bearing the Hilton name, we expected so much more!!! Needless to say, the Home2 Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City NW Expressway has been deleted from our Preferred Hotel list.

Open letter to the Area Regional Property Manager at ChampionHotels - Sharon B. Sharon - the service we received on Friday, April 22nd at the Home2 Suite, on 4112 Expressway was the most disappointing experience I have ever had at a Hilton property. Members of our party had confirmations and were left in the lobby for hours. Then at 7:00 pm a manager offered to shift us to a Low cost motel down the street. She even said that they would accept our group rate. Since they had rooms available for only $70 online - this was not a good deal. When I asked for your contact information, your staff said that they were not permitted to provide it. The staff also refused to answer if all the Hilton properties in the city had vacancy. I have sent you a direct message on social media and left my contact info with your property manager. If it is Hiltons policy to overbook and then to send customers to low cost motels down the street and not to other Hilton properties in the are that may be more expensive, this is news to me. I hope this experience is an exception and not Hilton’s new customer service policy in the future.

My wife and I checked in here as a midway point between Omaha and San Antonio. I cant remember the name of the young lady that checked us in but her Cashier ID is RFLINT1. She was very professional and polite, providing us with excellent info about the hotel and breakfast, she complimented me on my beanie, super friendly. I will stay here again when we take this trip in the future.

Our QQ Suite was so spacious! Plenty of room for us to spread out with our stuff + have laptops for work emails! The staff was so kind and friendly as well. There were fresh baked ChocChip cookies on Saturday night that my kids went CRAZY over! All the staff was helpful, friendly, & quick to respond. The room was clean with all the amenities we needed.
