Have stayed before, made a reservation for 2 weeks Oct-Nov... be AWARE, the payment page says the quoted price you're paying includes all taxes and fees but then you get your confirmation email and the fine print says you'll also owe an additional $23/day for parking. Very deceptive in my opinion! Am looking for an alternative before I cancel.

I stayed for a business trip in August 2024. There’s no place like home but these suites made me feel like I lived in a nice apartment in the city! My room suit le had its own bedroom! The kitchen had a fridge, freezer, stove, dish washer, sink of course and toaster, coffee maker, and all the basic dishes you need! Even a few bits of cookware. There’s a small dining table, and a desk with rolling chair that is good size for work or another spot for eating. Living room has a small couch (not suitable for sleeping unless you’re under 3’ tall), and a chair. The bathroom sink area is not separate from the bedroom so if you were staying with to other people you would wake them up (or vice versa) when getting ready for the day. There is shampoo and conditioner and body wash provided in the bathtub / shower. There’s a blow dryer. There is a cute retro laundry room (bring coins), an outdoor pool, a weight room, and a running room. I didn’t eat the breakfast since there are so many wonderful local breakfast restaurants with espresso in downtown. (Harvey Bakery, Stitch, and Gilded Acorn are my favorites). This place is caddy corner from the baseball park and I walked over one night and caught a game (tickets around $30). Clear bag policy. My room was at the front, on the 3rd floor so I heard all the night life noises. My friend got a room further back along the river front and I think that was more peaceful and a better view so ask for that when booking. The parking was included in my group rate for business but I’ve read it’s $18. Is that per day? I don’t know. They are very strict but they monitor the lot at all hours so that’s good given the people walking around bricktown a lot. You could also try parking for free on the Bass Pro lot that butts up to this one, it just won’t be as secure. No bottled water so you have to either bring your own or buy from downstairs. You can also purchase frozen meals and beer from downstairs. I would def return here again!

Having stayed here previously, we assumed this would still be a good hotel because it’s a great location. It is not a good hotel. The rooms are dated. The sofa bed mattress looked 20 years old. The kitchen chair should have been replaced years ago. Mold in shower. Rusted tub. Shower curtain smelled of mold and I found not one, but two long hairs in my eggs. There were stains on the walls. The worst part about our stay was the noise. We were in room 203 and the noise from the street was like nothing I had ever experienced. You could hear drunk people on the streets and motorcycles and cars revving engines all night both nights. It was bizarre how poorly insulated the windows were and how loud it was. I actually checked to make sure the window was closed at one point. If you absolutely had no choice but to stay here, I would request a higher floor facing the pool in the hopes that the noise would be less. Oh, and we had to park at Bass Pro because the lot was full.

o on Google Was charged $49 for parking on the hotel lot for two nights. This was not disclosed at the time of booking online or when I checked in at the front desk. I called to ask about the charge on my debit card and the front desk clerk said there were signs posted. There are no signs posted in the hotel nor was this discussed when I checked in. If I would’ve known I would’ve parked somewhere else and walked to the hotel. Who has ever heard of getting charged extra for parking in the parking lot of the hotel the booked? I’ve NEVER had such BS charges added to my bill after I’ve left. This place is a joke…. Save your money and book elsewhere, the rooms are mediocre at best, walls are paper thin. Do t fall for the online price just to get up charged at checkout! I’ll never stay here or at another one of their chains again nor will anyone of my family, friends or those that I can pursued online or in person. It’s my personal agenda now to make sure save those from the same mistake as myself

This is a great all-suites hotel. Our “room” was two rooms—a combined living / dining room / kitchenette area and a separate bedroom with the vanity outside of the bathroom which is great for multiple people getting ready. The room Is spacious and clean and furnishings up to date. Hot breakfast is offered although they should have more fruit than just bananas. Other hires also offer apples, oranges and fruited yogurtsZ. Otherwise the hot breakfast and choices of eggs, potatoes, andouille sausage, oatmeal with granola or waffles. Two nitpicks: 1. The room needs more direct cable outlets. 2. Refresh housekeeping is every other day. The front desk took our request for daily housekeeping for our two nights and reconfirmed it next day. Yet the room was not refreshed. To their credit, when we complained, engineering immediately brought up our requested replacement towels and wash clothes. The hotel is very convenient to the Lower Bricktown canal and dining area and steps to the two OKC streetcar lines serving Bricktown and the rest of downtown. I am considering bringing a convention here. My complaints above are minor.

We have been staying at this hotel for many years. It has Not been maintained! Furniture needs to be replaced. Dining area chairs were pitiful, the vinyl was literally worn off. The mattress was past its prime. The windows didn’t shut completely. The staff was friendly. Disappointed because we enjoyed staying here in the past.

Desk staff was rude and uninterested in doing their job, fire place didn't work, room was incredibly tough to sleep in because of the noise level from the street. We arrived after 4pm and were told our room wasn't ready so we were put in another room, but when we requested a late checkout we were told they were too booked. Checked the hotels website and their were several of the same size room available to book. I've been a marriot rewards member over 10 years and will never stay in another one after this. There are better places to stay if you're in town for a Thunder game.

This hotel is amazing! Demetry was very nice and helpful. He recommended Deep Deuce Grill and the food was delicious! The hotel is conveniently located in Bricktown with multiple options for food. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a 4th floor balcony suite, overlooking the parking lot and front of the street. The room was clean, very large and super nice. There were 2 televisions, one located in the main living room space and one in the bedroom. Kitchen area includes a full size refrigerator, this was nice for our cold water and late night ice cream snacks in the freezer. The included breakfast was good, lot’s of choices including eggs, sausage waffles and fruit. Breakfast staff was very polite, attentive and hard working. If I was pausing, trying to decide what I wanted. They always asked if there was anything they could get me. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze. Parking can be a little sketchy in the Bricktown area, I am very particular about my vehicles. The hotel charges $23.00 for onsite parking, I felt it was well worth it. The front desk had my wife draw a small paper from a basket during check in. She drew a $17.00 parking from the drawing, which saved us $6.00. The parking lot is well lit and safe for your vehicle. The hotel has there own parking attendant, I was told he has been there for a very long time. This guy takes his job very serious, we could see him walking around all night long from our balcony. He watches over the vehicles and checks for parking permits, the front desk will give you this permit to place in your windshield. We were in town for the PBR Freedom Fest bull riding at Paycom Center. Paycom Center is just a few blocks away, but who wants to walk in the heat, when you can just catch the OKC streetcar, across the street from the hotel. You can download the mobile streetcar app from your phone. We purchased a 24 hour pass for the wife & I for just $4.00 each. The streetcar dropped us off directly in front of the Paycom center. Then it returned us back to the hotel, after the event.
