Oh my, at 7:45 am I went to the front fest to request room service. First I'm to that I have to notify them 24 hours in advance, the woman points to an 8x11 paper that reads " anything you need we'll be here" Oh, you thought her world fell apart when I turned the 8x11 small print paper around for her to read. Next response, we're short handed, NO YOUR EMPLOYER WON'T HIRE ANYONE BECAUSE THEY'RE KEEPING THE MONEY. So she said it will be done, HERE I GO AGAIN, NOTHING WAS DONE ABD ITS 5:55 pm.

Front desk personnel was rude, unwelcoming and unapologetic. Breakfast offered with room price at the time of booking was denied at check in. Did not compromise even after talking to the manager. Bad experience

Worst hotel and service Stayed for an overnight with family for a funeral They put us into a room next to the fire mechanical room and it thudded all night Yes they offered to move us but it was 10:30 at night we had a pet and were tucked in …no reason to book anyone in that room ever!

Misaligned management, accommodations for a Hilton Hotel. Poor hot water and water pressure not addressed as many reviews state. Un-Compassionate towards visitor issues with breakfast billing and allowances. Witnessed, was involved with Non-concern to notified mechanical issues with elevator which resulted in family member getting stuck in it for over an hour. Not only did they not post or turn elevator off but did not react for concern of family stuck in it. The person had to call fire department to get out. Management was waiting for maintenance man to get there whom lived an hour away. We would not stay here again.

Travelling for business to the local Hospital, the location was excellent along with the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel met my expectations and offered everything needed for a short stay.

The hotel is showing its age. Staff was wonderful, but some maintenance issues. The toilet fill was broken, one outside door wouldn’t open with digital key and the whirlpool had been removed. No rooms are equipped with a jacuzzi.

Just an older Hilton needs a remodel. Low staff caused issues. Cook didn’t show up 2 of my 4 night stay. So caused issues with dinner. I went out to eat but looked forward to eating there after working all day from my business trip.

Our room was very comfortable. This is a very quiet and well kept property. We are more than satisfied with the service and our whole experience. Pool and exercise facility were an extra perk. Very nice and affordable.

The closet doors were off the track and would not move. Stains on the carpeting and drapes and floor. Every pop machine was out on every floor, pool was closed both days for maintenance. Trash receptacles outside were overflowing both days and even the elevators were out the last day.
