The impulse switch in the bathroom is broken. The noise pollution is serious. People with light sleep are not suitable for this place. The hotel is in a good location. Parking is not free. The price of self-parking and Valet Parking is different.

We came for a concert and the location was perfect! Everything we needed or wanted to do was walkable. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Great experience would stay again!

Bad location on a very noisy street, the walls are super thin meaning you hear everything in the hallways and the next room especially the bathroom. AC unit wouldn't turn off so the room was very damp and musty, the bed and pillows literally stank, Outside windows haven't been cleaned in a year looks like, front desk staff is uncaring and the cleaning staff is rude. Makes me regret choosing Marriot and I'll never stay in another!

I stayed here for one night going to an event at the paycom center. The arena was literally right next to the hotel so it was perfect. I had a balcony room on the 7th floor - facing the arena. I had read the reviews about loud noises but I head them from 11-1105pm and other than that it was quiet. Parking garage was right next to the hotel - I think it was $23 for hotel guests and $30 for event parking. Bricktown was nearby but a disappointment. I was lured in by the candy factory sign - which wasnt a candy factory. I walked straight from my section 105 out the door into the door of the hotel and was in my room 2 minutes after the event ended. Perfect.

Overpriced. Staff not wearing uniforms or name tags for the check in. People not available at counter. Toilet running all night, electrical burning smell in room. Breakfast was absolutely gross and mostly cold. Found hair in food. Dinning room chairs were stained and wobbly.

This isn’t my first time to stay at this hotel and it never disappoints! I was here this weekend as a runner for the okc we run to remember marathon. The lobby was decorated and the staff was supportive by hanging up signs with the runners names, had a fun decorated place for a photo op! Staying here was close to the race start and finish. The facility had wonderful amenities and kind staff members. The room was clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.
