The front desk was nice on the first night, and was also nice during the day on the first day, with juice and coffee. On the second day, when I checked out, breakfast was gone at 8:30, and there was no coffee or juice in the afternoon. A woman who didn't speak English was very rude.

Friendly staff, super clean rooms, nice breakfast. The price was extremely reasonable and the service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. The room was easily accessible and very comfortable. The location was near restaurants and shopping.

My new go to for a quick overnight stay in s. OKC
For the amount of money for the room, it was worth every cent. Staff was courteous from check in to check out. Room was clean and comfortable, as well as spacious. Parking was sufficient with every space being relatively close to entrance. Plenty of places around to eat, even at 10 pm. We didn’t use indoor pool, but looked clean and inviting, and we would have used had our stay not have been an impromptu emergency visit. Breakfast was decent, slightly better than run of the mill continental. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, and some fresh fruit, as well as a few breads and pastries, and of course coffee!

The front desk lady in the morning was great. She was a hard worker with lots of duties to perform - which she did great.
The low scores is mainly the whole deposit deal. I had shopped around for rooms with pet fees and the $20 they advertised I was fine with. Except when I go to check in they want “cash” deposit. Not once have I ever had to pay cash for incidentals, pet deposit (I am saying both because it was referred to as both at check in.). I had to round up $100 (dealing with all this after driving for 19 hours, they put the cash in an envelope and then the next morning I had to go back and get the envelope and sign the envelope. It was the strangest thing - I have never had to go through that EVER in all the hotels I have stayed at. And the shower was wasting a lot of water and spraying all over - I believe the nozzle needs to be replaced. I didn’t say anything to the staff, I was just happy to get the $100 back. So weird,

mattress had a large dent in it and was flat and uncomfortable. The pool was not usable during our stay. Breakfast was good.
