Hampton Inn and Suites Oklahoma City/Quail Springs

The people at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. We were there for five days but never had any housekeeping, although the printed information stated that housekeeping (exchanging towels and bed making) would be performed every other day. I had to call the front desk for towels. Don’t advertise a service if you’re not going to perform it. The breakfast provided was fair. Preferred going to nearby fast food restaurants for breakfast.

Room was clean and spacious; bed was firm and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the location was absolutely perfect for the events we had to attend. More importantly, there are several excellent places to eat nearby, as well as great access to highways.

Stayed here before a heart procedure and wanted to be nearby and this hotel is just a block or so down from Mercy and OK Heart ❤️ Hospital. Check-in was quick and I was recognized for being a rewards member with water and snack bag (much appreciated). The lobby / lounge area is spacious and clean. There is an outdoor pool as well a this location. We got a King suite, which is very comfortable and spacious room with a microwave, mini fridge, sink and pullout couch with table, 50in TV, nice large bathroom. The bed was a bit firm but overall a quiet and pleasant stay. Wife enjoyed the breakfast, had make your own waffles, cereal, muffins, sausage, potatoes and mini omelet. Definitely a nice stay.

This property was very clean and nice. The staff were great. The lady who does breakfast put a lot of work and care into her job and very personable and was helpful in making a perfect waffle. The room was nice and clean.

Best Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel of all! Very clean and great management. Heather is awesome and gave us a quiet nice room after our 20 hour drive from Florida to Oklahoma. Everyone was friendly and we were treated like real guests. I highly recommend this hotel at Quail Springs OKC as a place to stay. Cost was reasonable too. Ki was also very helpful. We always stay here when visiting family in OKC. Laura G.

The only bright spot....all of the staff was very nice and trisd to be very accomodating. Nothing that I am saying is a reflection on them. That said, I literally could not leave this hotel soon enough....I got up at 3a.m., showered and got out before 4a.m. My first room had such a funky smell that I changed rooms. Second room smelled slightly less funky. Could never figure out how to get the thermostat to work (coworkers had zMe issue in their room), so my room was 67 degrees and an ac fam that never would shut off. Capet was poorly installed , and furniture venees were chipped. Shole hotel seemed to have had a low quality renovation. Loud people in the hall about 2am woke me up. This is a nice area; I was surprised at the subpar lodging experience.

I chose this hotel, which was farther away from our event in Edmond, because it looked newer. However, we had to be moved to 3 different rooms to find one that was clean. The first two rooms smelled old/musty and both had old food and spilled messes in the refrigerators. The third room was adequately clean. However, on the day of check out (which was 12:00pm), housekeeping briefly knocked on our door before ENTERING our room at 9:30am!! They returned at 11:30am ready to clean the room! The lady couldn't speak English and I had to talk into her translation app to tell her we would be leaving at 12:00pm. VERY irritated that we were bothered before the expected check out time! To top off the experience, when we went to the front desk to check out, the lady working the desk rounded the corner with her cigarette hanging from her hand. We obviously interrupted her plans for a smoke break. Sure enough, as we drove out of the parking lot she was sitting beside the FRONT door, smoking her cigarette. It has been a LONG time since I have been to such a low class hotel, and I feel like I was ripped off! I spent 23,000 points PLUS $195 to spend 2 nights at this dump. I usually stay at Marriott branded hotels (particularly Fairfield Inn), and I should have done that this trip as well. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!!

This was a disappointing Hampton stay. Our toilet would run about every 20 minutes so our first morning I asked front desk staff for maintenance to fix. It didn’t happen so we had a second night of noise. We also had very loud kids above us at 10:30 pm and had to call front desk 3 times over 30 minuets before anyone answered. Staff at desk always had the “be right back” sign up throughout day/evening. Not a usual Hampton Inn stay but clearly there is a management issue.

Not up to Hampton Inn standard. Staff is very polite and made effort to address numerous deficiencies. However, due to understaffing front desk & person responsible for breakfast is overwhelmed. Breakfast Buffett: one person working Sat/Sun morning. She was not well trained. Ran out of almost everything from eggs, to plastic forks. Only fruit option on Saturday was Mandarins, only option on Sunday was brown bananas or bruised apples. No hard boiled eggs. Dirty waffle area. Coffee grounds in hot water. Tables were never wiped down between guests, as the person working had no time with the volume of food she had to supply. Room: tired looking. Cabinet door for fridge hanging off 1 hinge, bathroom vent filthy. Towels dirty and stained. No water pressure. Front Desk: maned occasionally by 1 person only. Thus lines during the day. And the person was not able to address noisy guests on the 4th floor who were disturbing everyone, shouting, noisy, running, pulling 'do-not disturb' signs from door handles, slamming their doors. The ONE man working the hotel Saturday night did indeed come up to the 4th floor to confront unruly guests. They unfortunately were not deterred. I witnessed several guests complaining about the situation and when I also complained, front desk advised they had received many calls. I did confront the noisy guests myself at 11pm on Saturday night after not having slept on Friday night due to noise. Not a pleasant situation. Front desk person advised there is no security personnel available, nor protocol for asking unruly guests to leave, and OK City police do not respond. Thus, would not recommend this hotel for solo travel or young families. Small pool with maximum depth of 3'6" which is great for children.
