Front desk personnel are rude and hateful, they will lie to your face, they will refuse to check you in. They are the worst people I have ever come across at a Comfort Inn. I am waiting for my refund. Save yourself the time and energy of going here, they are the most uneducated, hateful, rude people I have ever met and this hotel should be reviewed by the Choice Hotels Corp for their treatment of people (that aren't foreign)

The first room did not have a TV or telephone. Moved to a second room that had only 1 bath towel for 5 people. Was able to get more towels from front desk. The beds and bathroom were comfortable and clean.

The housekeeper walked in mid day around 3pm while I had the do not disturb sign up and she just walked in. I was half naked as well. HALF NAKED. Luckily she couldn’t see me much because I was wearing a longish hoodie that barely covered me. Then she proceeded to stand in the doorway and asked if I’d paid for another night…. Like yes it’s 3pm???

They people who work the front desk they pretty much robbed me for 60 dollars wouldn’t give me my deposit back he went to check the room then said I wasn’t getting my money back I said show me what’s wrong with the room he refused to go up there and show me..

Desk clerk ran my debit card for 7k instead of $50 dollars and locked my card for the whole weekend. When we got to our room and opened the window there was a homeless camp right outside our window. Not a bad room for the price but the area lacks desirability.

I was not comfortable
constant noise All through the night, stomping, bamming of walls being hit, the breakfast bar ran out of food before 9:00. The refrigerator did not work, I will say the front desk did ask if I wanted to move rooms, which now in hind sight I wished I would have.
