I stayed at this location for no other reason than I wanted to be close to family for a funeral. After traveling from overseas and returning home, I discovered that I had been charged an additional $20 per night for parking, despite being a loyalty program member and a paying guest. At no time was I notified that I was going to be charged for parking. It is not on the page of the booking site or any other provided documentation. In fact, I was handed a placard for my car to make sure that I my car was no towed. This would have been the perfect time to tell me about the fee for parking.
When I called to enquire about this hidden and unexpected fee, I was informed that it was the booking site's fault and that I should have booked directly from the hotel. I am deeply disappointed and will think twice before booking with a Hilton brand again.
It looks like I missed the implementation of the new Federal Trade Commission's rule banning hidden fees and deceptive pricing by just a few weeks. Shame on you.

Great hotel! Always our go to near OU medical center. The staff is beyond kind and always helpful. The breakfast is one of the best. The check in process is easy and the hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are comfortable. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something near the medical center or downtown OKC.

Stayed here for one night only. So glad we picked this one. It is near the medical center, good area, and quiet. No problems. Room was clean, was on top floor with good view. Bed was okay, slept like a log had a couch and table, microwave, mini refrigerator. The breakfast was super! So many choices! Will definitely stay here again. You do have to pay for parking, and they do give you a hang tag for your car. Not sure why they charge for parking, it’s just a regular open hotel lot.

Convenient location right off the interstate, great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, room was big and spacious. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall it was a good place to stay. I would recommend it if you are passing through the area.

I stayed here for an event at the hotel . Here are my pros: 1) the rooms are spacious with a comfy bed . 2) the staff is very friendly and helpful 3) the breakfast buffet was exactly as expected- classic American food (eggs , bacon, sausage , pancakes , cereal ). Not gourmet but still fills the belly . 4) the bar - had great prices for drinks . 5) I found it to be a clean hotel - not fancy but perfect for a night or two for travelers. 6) if you are Hilton Honors - you get a smack basket filled with sweet and savory snacks . It was a nice perk . My only con: if you miss the window for food you need to order door dash . The restaurant had kooky hours . The hotel isn’t too far from the airport @ 15-20 minutes . It is very close to the medical center and 1.5 from the OKC memorial (which I highly recommend the walk ). It is not a 5 star hotel but it fits the bill for a few nights .

Safe place to stay, not ADA friendly.
Pro - Property clean and spacious. Parking lot patrolled by security. Police department is one block away. In-room dining menu has options, Tuscan chicken was great.
Con - I am handicapped. Not enough spaces near the front for check in. All but one accessible space was occupied by non-placard vehicle. I had to park way out in the lot and drag my suitcase with me. Very painful with my spinal condition on top of the drive time. I mentioned something to the lady at check in, she did not care and was rude about me not wanting to walk all the way back to put my parking permit in my vehicle. Painful experience; not recommend for people needing ADA services.
