Generally, I have a good experience with Hilton Hotels and do not write reviews. But I want customers to know what my experiences so that they can avoid the same experiences. These are some concerns for future customers to take note of: 1. The receptionist was not always at his desk and I could smell smoking from the Lobby Area 2. The Shower still had hair in it and had a really strong bleach smell to it. 3. Avoid Room 131. The room is next to the kitchen and you will hear noises through the wall starting around 5 a.m. A. I asked the manger to investigate where the noise was and he not seem to care. B. The kitchen chief was playing radio music full blast at 5 a.m. and can be heard during breakfast time.

A little disappointed in our stay. We did tell the front desk staff but upon entering our room on the first floor there was a distinct smell/odor that was not pleasant. The carpet also felt damp as well. We'd been driving for almost 9 hours and it was late and we were tired so just dealt with it but it definitely marred our stay. Breakfast the next morning was nice and the lobby area is open and airy.

I stay at this hotel frequently for business. Any member of the staff that I encounter always has a smile on their face. They are well trained to handle any issues that might arise. I am always greeted and recognized as a Hilton Honors Diamond member. The breakfast is always hot and stocked. The beds are super comfy as well.

The most wonderful staff. I stayed for 10 weeks. The staff made me feel at home. LaToya, Jamal and Stephanie were so friendly and helped whenever I needed. Tony did a wonderful job on breakfast every morning. It was always stocked and fresh and hot.Alva and Rubi were always working to keep the rooms and hotel spotless. These ladies are very hard workers. All of these wonderful people had smiles on their faces and so genuinely helpful. I truly felt like I was home. They all deserve raises!!! I will definitely be back.

The staff was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was recognized immediately as a Hilton Honors member. The room was clean and comfy, with the best sheets EVER!!!!! Breakfast had a lot of healthy options. I will definitely stay again.

LATOYA AND STEPHANIE DESERVE A RAISE The check in proces with stephanie was top notch and Latoya was amazing in attenting to my mom needs and requests when we came back to the hotel the night of 7.7.2023.These 2 have great customer serviece and deserved to be awarded. it hard finding people like this in hospitaly now days. Thank you ladies , keep up the good work

My friends and I stayed here for the 4th of July holiday and visiting a local friend. The location was excellent because it was only 10 min from the Highway and close enough to downtown OKC and surrounding attractions. The room was spacious and we really enjoyed that the bedroom was separate from the kitchen. We had a full sized kitchen and a small kitchen table which was also so nice considering there was 3 of us. The hotel staff was EXCELLENT!! After we checked in and made it to the room we realized we needed a few more hangers and a door stopper. I went to the front desk and spoke with Alejandro. He went above and beyond to locate those items for us. We did have an issue with the air conditioner leaking on the 3rd day of our stay. We spoke with Jennifer at the front desk who was such a pleasure to deal with and she immediately changed our room. There were no more suites available but she was able to give us 2 rooms adjoining. Due to the 4th holiday, the hotel had given the housekeeping staff the day off but we were in need of additional towels and Wendall was eager to help and got us everything we needed. The daily breakfast was wonderful and it was always very clean. Tony always kept it stocked and was just so nice and really took pride in his work. Overall I have to say that the customer service at this hotel was beyond exceptional! My friend and I work for a Hilton property and we were highly impressed.

Latoya at the Oklahoma City location went above and beyond to help my son and I out with a scary situation. We flew into the wrong city and were two hours from the location we needed to be for a wedding. She helped us get into a rental car and get us on track with our trip. We were new to Oklahoma and needless to say were very panicked. She helped us tremendously and really was such a blessing to my son and I. Had we remained at the hotel for the weekend, I would have been very pleased. The room was very nice and met our needs. Elva who picked us up on the airport was very friendly and also made us feel very welcomed. Telling us of the area and ways the hotel could assist us if we needed things from the stores close-by. We stayed here on our road trip. This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. This place is a little different from many of the other hotels in the Hilton group. The room ad a mini kitchen. If we were staying for a longer period of time, it would have been nice. The room was good. The breakfast in the morning was very different from what we are used to when we stay at Hampton Inns. Not the best set up, but ok.
