Enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the free breakfast was a great bonus. Throughout my stay, Derrion remained courteous, attentive, and efficient. Each time I requested my car, he brought it quickly and ensured everything was in perfect condition. He went the extra mile by confirming details and making sure I was comfortable before leaving. Convenient location made everything easy. Would stay again

The hotel was clean. The bed was comfy. The room stayed cool. It was loud at night with cars revving their engine as they were driving by and emergency vehicles going by....but I still slept pretty good. We enjoyed the indoor pool on the hot August day and enjoyed the outdoor seating while drying off before heading back to the room. Location was good as we walked to the Riverwalk and road the boat. There are plenty of places within walking distance to eat. We will definitely be back.

We didn't get the room we requested and they moved us over the patio where everyone was partying. We didn't get any sleep. Also, the price of parking and the whole parking process ****** to high heaven. Customer service is minimal because you have to do everything yourself via the internet. I don't plan on staying here again.

Very very clean. Fantastic property for the price. Super comfortable bed and pillow. Great water pressure. Nice black out curtains. Great location. Loved it.

I asked for a Handicap room, with featherless facilities, but was not even offered any consideration. The water was cut off during an emergency situation, but we were unable to use the bathroom facilities or take a shower upon arrivecto the hotel...Still no consideration was given.

Hotel room a/c was not working. Oscar (manager) said he'd come help with a/c, but never did. He was also rude & unprofessional at check by questioning my husbands US government ID. Same ID for the last 10 years. Never been a problem until this guy.

The pillows were horrible, but it was nice to have a comfy bed, and I was able to get the room fairly chilly at night, which is important to us. The breakfast bar was not worth what we paid. My son ate, but I chose not to based on what was being served. The front desk was ok; the first gentleman I spoke to I couldn't understand and trying to understand parking was a nightmare. The valet guys were by FAR the best customer service we received.
