Really new and clean hotel, love the room it’s huge, love the public bath too clean and spacious, location is just exit of an express way, very near American village

The room smells musty. In our opinion the bed was very hard, the pillows were bad. The air conditioning was quite loud. The receptionists were only partially friendly. The worst thing was that,if you have a tattoo you are strictly forbidden from using the wellness area and you have to pay extra. So what? It's 2024. The highlight was that, there is a Lawson in the hotel.

It was really hot when we first arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, the hotel had given us two vouchers to redeem welcome drinks. It was impressive that there is a wide range of choices regarding the drink. During the check in process, everything went pretty smooth. A big shout out to ms honoka ishiji, who is very welcoming and greeted us with a wonderful smile. She had recommended us a few restaurants around the hotel. We ended up picking the japanese-italian restaurant, which was awesome! We got a room with sea view and pool view. The view's nice and so as the room, really cozy and that made me feel like home (though the style of bedsheet and the pillocase is pretty outdated, but thats fine). Btw, the breakfast is definitely a must-try item in this hotel. Do remember to pick a window seat, so that you can enjoy your meal with the splendid sea view. All in all, that was a pretty good stay, and I think I will be visiting again very soon.

this is a 24hrs drink corner, each floor have there own water dispenser which are both nice. Hotel locations are close to bus terminal and railway station. Also there are convenience stores downstairs which is the most important.

There was plenty of room at the time of opening, and even if everyone entered the store, there were still vacant seats, but it seems that they were full and waiting around 7:00. Breakfast was a completely different menu from the dinner buffet, but there were plenty of menus and there was also a menu of Okinawa cuisine. I also enjoyed it and ate too much. The staff only saw the friendly and pleasant ones.
