Big comfortable room, friendly staff
Staff was super friendly and the room was big and comfortable. The Starbucks in the morning in the lobby was a bonus!

Sensitive wiring created fire alarms to go off twice, once while daughter was in shower and caused by steam from meatballs, second time in kitchen as they heated an egg sandwich. Fire trucks came twice. Please fix this.

This Courtyard is located halfway on our trip to visit family in Michigan, therefore, it’s a great place for us to overnight on our why. We have stayed at this Courtyard at least 12 times over the last 8 years and each time the experience has been great. The service is quick and efficient, the rooms are always spotless and access to the highway is simple, but lacks the road noise commonly found at locations so close to the interstate.
The room rate is always reasonable and the breakfast is good and always well stocked.

Good hotel
Stay at hotel was good. There are some restaurants and other services nearby and a few other hotels. Hotel has good quality gym a few machine and dumbells and treadmills.

Warning, there are NO rooms with balconies at this hotel, in spite of what ******* says. We booked a room with a balcony, and when we arrived there was none. When I complained to the front desk, the attendant said “Let me guess you booked through *******. For some reason they have that you can request a balcony but we literally have no rooms with balconies in this hotel.” We were disappointed, but the hotel was nice otherwise.

It was quiet. It was nice. Friendly staff. The only down fall is the ******* listing days breakfast included, but it didn't state for a fee and it showed that it had a pool but it did not.
