Location is nice. Right next to korakuen garden and Okayama castle. The hotel is very dated and the rooms even more. Fine for a night but wouldn’t recommend staying long.

A seemingly high-end hotel, but the real side is very dilapidated. The old-fashioned decoration and furnishings are not a problem, the problem is that it is too cruel! There are many stains on the carpet, the pipes are covered with dust, there is a puddle of dried mucus next to the sink, and the toilet has black stains. I have never seen such a dirty toilet in Japan.
The breakfast was even worse. At 10:00 in the morning, when we arrived at 9:00, there was not much food left. There was only one fried egg left, many plates had been emptied, and there was no staff and no refill! The food can't fit into a nine-square breakfast plate! This breakfast is 1600 yen per person!
