Online it sounds like a charming rural motel with a small family owning. Rooms were clean and ok. However, both a clunky reservation and confirmation service and poor excuse of a continental breakfast made me wish I'd kept on going. There was a couple stale gas station muffins and no bread or bagels. Keurig machines that barely function. It felt like this building is more like an excuse to house migrant workers working on their orchard, whereas actual tourism accommodation is an afterthought

This is THE place to stay in this lovely village of Keremeos. The staff are friendly, the room was very clean-and I’m picky- and the bed was so comfortable. There is an amazing restaurant next door where I brought back to the room for supper. Thanks folks!

Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and cozy. The owners are very friendly. I was impressed with the size of the rooms. Very quiet. Best sleep I’ve had in a hotel in awhile. The orchard views are stunning. I will be staying here again when I am back in Keremeos.

Got in at the last minute. Super helpful staff. They somehow had an interest in the Indian restaurant and fruit stand next door, they were great by the way. Had to walk up a few stairs. Good parking. Free breakfast was a bit minimal. All in all I liked it.

What a lovely inn. Staying here is what makes travel fun. Surrounded by mountain views and fruit orchards in a welcoming small village with wonderful - knowledgable - hosts. It does not get much better than this. If you need a place to land in the quaint village of Keremeos - look no further. Clean, comfortable, unique.

We only stayed the one night at the Orchard View, but we were afforded a quiet stay, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, good showers, good Wifi and internet service and on-site parking. The decor was a bit dated, but everything was serviceable. The staff were helpful when needed, especially with local restaurant recommendations. Continental breakfast on offer was coffee or tea, with muffins and apples. Some fruit juice would have been appreciated. Apparently there is a shop next door to pick up snacks and supplies.

This is a really great place to stay along HWY 3. It was spotless with large and well appointed rooms. Staff was very friendly and the Indian restaurant adjacent to the property was delicious. Peaceful atmosphere with cute little touches like coffee and muffins in the morning.

Situated next an Indian restaurant and a fruit stand, Orchard View is clean and comfortable. Renovations are recent and include new beds. While basic, it would be great for a couple nights while exploring the area. It’s good value and an alternative to the more expensive winery and guest stays.

A clean, cozy and friendly motel that is conveniently located in town close to fruit stands and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again. Note: not suitable for those mobility challenged. It is necessary it transverse a steep staircase in order to access rooms. No elevator.
