Worst stay for our family, ever. No hot water for twenty-nine hours. Told they had no rooms to move us to...until the following day. No help packing up and moving to said room. New room had a broken door knob leading to balcony, water in the shower that would not cut off. No painting or mirrors on the wall. It looked to be in the process of renovations.

Our a/c wasn't working properly. The maintenance guy came in and said, "Oh they are all like that." He said he was going to check if there was anything he could do and also talk with the desk about moving us if he couldn't fix it. We go to dinner, come back and it's not fixed. It's close to 10pm after driving all day and we had to pack up our stuff again and move it to a much cooler room. I asked for compensation or a later check out. The front desk said, "We can give you an extra hour. That's it." After hours staff is completely different than the day shift. Disappointed.

The Hotel was nice, we had a king suite on the 7th floor. Our room was spacious with a great view from the balcony of the beach and ocean. We watched dolphins out in the water, it was neat. The water is beautiful with white sand that was soft! Cons: Shower water pressure was awful!! The mattress on the bed was like sleeping on a hammock. There was no support, you get in and fall in the hole. Entry door locks kept messing up.

The hotel is directly on the beach with easy access. There are chairs and umbrellas available for rent and you can rent by the half day as well. The rooms have mini fridges and microwaves and waterfront rooms have balconies with 2 chairs and a table. There's a coffee / breakfast house on site, which was nice to hit before going about our day. Parking is $10/day, which is reasonable compared to other places. Housekeeping was hit or miss, but extra towels were available upon request. Our room seemed freshly painted but you could tell it's age in the bathroom space. We enjoyed our time and would definitely return.

The room still had dirty towels from cleaning crew. Refrigerator had previous gust food and it stunk. The door to room wouldn't close unless you pushed it really hard, but door was very heavy and loud to close. This lady is still sore from shoving it closed for 4 days. Pool and hot tub close at 9 so it was never possible to use after our dinner reservations. Last night there tv and remote quit working in the middle of a movie. The Cafe overcharged donuts by $20,00 and didn't seem to care. Wish they placed me on a higher floor so I could actually have that ocean view, especially since it sits right on the ocean.

Great place to stay . Clean !!! Love it will stay again. Food is great !!! Doughnuts were amazing and the breakfast sandwich was wonderful. Hamburgers were some of the best !!!

Started out as a great experience!! Friendly Employees, Great location, but then on our second to last day when our housekeeper came into our room, a pair of our shoes went missing. I’ve reached out multiple times, tried to handle it on property, and just been ignored every time after i was told something would be done about it. I’m very disappointed and frustrated in the way this was handled.
