Clean condition, water pressure was good even on the 5th floor.
It is a comfortable place with good access to the beach, white sand, shower facilities, delicious restaurants, and live music in the evenings. There is no separate breakfast, but you can enjoy brunch separately at the restaurant. We also recommend good-smelling coffee.

The room wasn’t wheelchair accessible for me to take a bath the people wasn’t very friendly. And the room wasn’t 32 wide for me

Schickri who works at The Remedy restaurant downstairs made the trip! He was wonderful so attentive and friendly! The rooms were also clean and comfortable!

I could say many, many things about the hotel and staff here. This was likely the best experience I have had at a hotel for a while. They were very accommodating, went out of their way to make sure our family was taken care of, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and our room was no exception. We will definitely be back!

Hotel: The hotel is recently renovated and looks nice. The elevators were old, hot and slow. Room: The room was clean and well maintained. You can easily hear people in the hallways. Pool/Beach: Both were nice. Beach chairs are available for rent through a third party company. Parking: You pay separately for parking via a QR code provided in the parking lot and at check in. Check-in: The check-in process was my only real complaint during my stay. I arrived just after 3pm (check-in time is 3) and walked into chaos. There were guests standing all around with three frantic workers behind the counter. While the employees were very kind, it was a mess. They were using radios to communicate with housekeeping to confirm if rooms were cleaned or not. My room number was said several times to me and then I was asked if I was traveling solo immediately after. I'm not sure I have ever had a hotel do this before and as a solo traveler, it does make me somewhat uncomfortable. Overall did enjoy my stay here and would probably return.

Hotel is on the beach, but not all rooms are gulf front. You can rent chairs and an umbrella on the beach from a third party for approximately $55/day, or there is plenty of room on the beach to set up your own equipment. Shibumis are allowed. Our room was clean and we slept well. Front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. The area has plenty of dining options within walking distance. Parking for guests at the hotel is $15/day.
