Hotel have smoke room bad smell if you don’t like cigarette you should change but staff very kind location hotel can walk from train station

I booked a high price because there were no rooms available, but when I got there, there were still rooms available and they were cheaper. It was absurd.

I understand that it was expensive because it was on the day, but it was cheaper than other sites.

It is a 10-minute walk from Oita Station, and it is a very good value for money, including breakfast in the hotel. There are local markets and supermarkets nearby. There is also a very large park.

Although it is a hotel that has not been renovated for many years, it is very clean and you can't tell that it has not been renovated for a long time. The room is very clean, but the facilities are a little old and have a sense of age. The bed is very comfortable. The sound insulation is very good.

Overall, an okay hotel. Breakfast was also okay. The location is good.. The staff also responds well..
