Opinions from a female asian solo traveler. Around 10 mins walk from Oita station, acceptable distance to me. Have convenient stores in the area but not many restaurants, better go back to Oita station or Amu plaza oita for food. The front desk is very helpful. The hotel is a bit small and old but very clean and quiet. Particularly appreciate their shower water is hot enough. I stayed on the 4th floor and could hear street sounds occasionally but acceptable. Overall, affordable prices and needs are fulfilled.

Although it was a little old, it was well kept and I was able to stay there comfortably.
The location was convenient, close to the station and downtown area.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
However, there was dust on the bathroom exhaust fan, which bothered me.

You can enter the room with a card key, but there is no place to insert the card inside the room, so it was nice that you could easily charge the battery when you go out. I also appreciated that you could directly insert a USB A type cable.
