建物は新しくなくても、全体的に清潔に掃除されていました。
アメニティも揃っていて、とても良いです。
ロビーは綺麗で気持ちよいです。
ただツインルームに泊まりましたが、2人で泊まるには狭すぎました。すれ違えません。
一点気になった点です。
フロントで女性の方に受付して頂きましたが、マスクを付けられていたのもあり、言われている言葉が聴き取りにくかったです。
他の従業員の方の感じが良かっただけに少し残念でした。

飲食など立地場所もよく、提携駐車場は直ぐに埋まりますが、徒歩圏内に同額の駐車場もあり問題なし
フロント対応も良くウェルカムドリンクもあり、アメニティも充実しており特筆する事はないですが、一つ挙げるならホテルの古さからの経年劣化は仕方ないかなと思います。
例えばユニットバス内のコーキングシール部の腐食による黒ずみ汚れや匂いなど。
ただ料金もお安いので充分かと思います。
ホテル併設の「21時からアイス」もグッド

駐車場は車により出し入れ自由出ないところがあり大きい車では行けない。
ホームページでのみ表記しているらしく着くまで分からなかった。
高さ制限もホテルの隣に増設している駐車場は軽しか停めれない高さで他は別のところに停め歩いて移動しないといけない。
コインライドリーも使えると思っていたが予約や泊まっている階のみで1つ壊れていて全く使えなかった。

大分の繁華街にあるホテルです。周りには飲食店など多数あります。ウェルカムドリンクにシャンパンがあったのが嬉しかったです。また、アメニティも豊富で、ロビーにコーヒーマシンがあり、美味しいコーヒーを無料で頂けたのも嬉しかったです。
