It's located about a 12-minute walk from the north exit of Oita Station.
We stayed on the 15th floor, overlooking Oita city, Beppu Bay, and the steel company plant.
The rooms were spacious enough and there was no noise from the next room, so we were able to relax in peace and quiet.
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, and was a great way to start the day off recharged.

It's a 4-star hotel that's affordable, but it's a bit far from JR Oita Station on foot. The view from the room is great, you can see the sunset and the bay at dusk.
