I was staying in a twin room for one person. Perhaps that's why the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The bed was firm, and the loungewear was new, which was nice.
It was unfortunate that there was hair in the bathtub. It was a thin, light-colored hair, so it was hard to see.

The hotel is next to Oita Chuo-dori, which is convenient for dining and shopping.
All the hotel staff are very friendly and patiently explained to us everything including check-in and check-out, parking, restaurant, etc.
The hotel is on a relatively high floor with a wide view. The room has a large window. You can lean against the window and watch the JR passing by, or the Sunflower ferry entering the pier. It's really fun!
The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. The hotel has a complete range of amenities, even disposable towels are provided.
The breakfast variety is very rich, and it also serves many local specialties, such as chicken tempura, mentaiko, fish tea rice, etc.
One Harmony members can use the lobby lounge, as well as enjoy parking and dining discounts, which is very thoughtful.
