On arrival i had problem with incorrect bed size as per my reservation. The gentelman in reception and the gentelman who show me the alternative rooms were very kind and caring. Some more issues happened to: such as giving the wrong card for the room, had to come back and fix again. Dirty towels left in the room, fixed quickly. No water was available, that was fixed too. Although it sound bad, It did not bother me much. They were quick on actioning. Then, i have been told there were a mistake for the room again, i actually had the correct room reserved for me from the begining. But i was happy with the room i had, so, i did not change it. One thing i can say the water does not have enough pressure in the tab and shower head. These were some negative parts. Besides these, hotel generally very clean, AC working well, no flies or bugs or mosquitos. I would recommend this hotel for all, only possible registeration issues you might face.

My experience was perfect at Time Out. I will definitely be going back. No-one was bothering you. Towels was available when ever you needed. Room cleaned daily. Bar and restaurant downstairs, perfect.

The place was in a prime spot and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel. The customer service was quite good and I must recognize Alex for his exceptional service. It was my husband's birthday celebration and Liandra ensured our needs were met, even before we got there. The hotel needs to be disability friendly in the time we live in and it's unreasonable for persons to lift luggage up the flights of steps.....from observation.

All staff members were friendly from the time we arrived to our departure. They gave great suggestions on where to eat, drink and party. The room was nice and had direct access to the pool. Plus the location is walking distance to restaurants and convenient stores. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location , solid 3 star, lots of restaurants and easy access to beach , manager very accommodating when we had to switch rooms due to accessibility. Julita the lady that cleaned our room was so very sweet and helpful , she made a point of always coming to greet us and see if everything was ok. Loved it there and will recommend it to anyone looking for a good base and an affordable vacation

Love the hotel I love visiting these small ones staff very attentive. Vert relaxing and I love the massage by Kiesh spa BlankCanvas. Not my first time I think I have been returning just for the massages though. Time out is the perfect place to relax after the massage too
