Waited from 10pm to 1am in the morning. No signals in the area, had to use WiFi from a cafe across the street. Trip.com service helped me contact them when I first got to the hotel, and I also tried the phone number on the billboard later in the night. Eventually, I did not get in the room, no one from the hotel contacted me. I bought data roaming with my uk number to call them, I called them every twenty minutes for four times, they gave the same reply “we’ll contact people to get in touch with you”, and never did.
I had to sleep in the car this morning, since I’ve had waited till 1 am and I have activity scheduled at 8.
I would say it’s 100% the hotel’s fault, 10/10 for trip.com service but 0/10 for Ohiopyle suite.

We stayed here on our GAP/C and O trip in a 2 bedroom suite and were very impressed with how spacious and comfortable it was. Fabulous location in an amazing town, close to everything and on-site laundry. A great choice!

We love the rooms. We always stay at Ohiopyle Suites. Great water pressure in showers. Comfy rooms. Love the outdoorsy decor. Friendle staff. Many breakfast choices to choose from. Our go to place when visiting Ohioplye!

There was five of us in the group. We all had ebikes and were able to clean them and park them in our room. So, they were safely stored. The hotel was clean and quant. I little older, but was fine to suit my taste. I slept well. The breakfast was minimal. All packaged goods, but other places for a breakfast and good cup of coffee. I would stay there again as it is convenient.

Limited parking. Room was on 2nd floor so i had to drag my luggage across the lawn then up 2 flights of stairs. Not easy. A/c was outside of bathroom and i couldn't reach to turn it off. I froze getting out of the shower and at night. I had to put the fireplace on.
