My husband and I have been staying at the Norseman for a few years now and have enjoyed every minute of it. We have already booked for 2026. Everything is neat and clean and the best part is waking up to the sunrise, directly on the ocean. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. We were extremely happy to see the new outdoor furniture, this year. We love to sit outside and they were a wonderful upgrade. The other thing that we greatly appreciate, is the daily refresh of our room without having to ask for it. It's very hard to find that kind of service these days and it means alot to us. The employees are so welcoming and happy to help in anyway that they can. Thank you for all you do. We appreciate you .

We love the Norseman. We stayed in Room 123. Our housekeeping person was Kai & she was just stupendous! We could not have asked for a more personable, friendly, caring & conscientious individual. She paid attention to every little detail! She is terrific!! Lisa at the front desk was wonderful. She was pleasant, accommodating, helpful & took care of getting a much needed parking space for my husband. He has a terrific problem with balance & she made it so he could enjoy the beach…albeit almost directly in front of the stairs, but he was able to at least do that every day. Thank you so much to your wonderful staff including Elaine, the housekeeping supervisor. The new pillows & towels were so nice! And the new chairs & loungers on the deck were a huge improvement! I feel like the Norseman is putting some of our hard earned vacation money to good use. Just one note…new mattresses in that room are so needed. It’s like climbing up a hill to get in & once in, feeling like you will roll out at any minute. They are way too soft and well used. Other than that, we have no complaints…a perfect vacation for sure!!

We had a wonderful time! The staff is great, always outgoing, friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The lady who greeted us warmly as we drove into the lot was a great way to start our stay. The front desk staff was always very nice, even when I called to book a few months before our trip. Lisa was working the desk frequently so we saw her a lot and she was very upbeat and happy. Parking was a challenge but the men outside on the day we arrived were very accommodating and found us the perfect spot. I even had a very nice chat with one of the housekeepers and she explained how the rooms were arranged in our building (queens vs kings). It was one of, if not the best trip that we have had to Ogunquit over many years. We loved the location and walked everywhere and took the trolley a couple of times. The rooms were fine for us and the AC worked great, something we very much appreciate! Love the chaise lounge chairs in front of our glass doors and the well working frig was a great size for our length of stay. The Norseman will be our first choice from now on when we visit Ogunquit. Thank you for hiring a great crew of people and for maintaining the property.

We stay here 2x a year and its perfect. Right on the beach, walking distance everywhere important in town. Great staff all around - shoutout to Kai who is always our housekeeper and is attentive, kind, and generally awesome. Plenty of hotels in Ogunquit but if you want the beach bum life, plus convenience, this is it.

Right on the most beautiful fun beach in the northeast. Wake up to the sunrise and enjoy the gorgeous sunset every night. Super fun beach store with everything you could need. Love the parking and the housekeeping staff so caring and helpful. The front desk and management are fantastic too!

Nice place with both a lovely beach and river. Good view an nice room. Free water sport equipment of good quality. The guy at the parking was extremely helpful with the sea sports equipment. Close to the Main Street with many shops and restaurants.

5. We stayed in room 124 from July 11-13. We come with our family every year and have a wonderful time. It’s right on the beach with a view of the river. Kai the housekeeper was fantastic. With two very messy and sandy children we came back to a beautiful room each day. We also love Eric that does the water sports. Our 4 year old loved the Kayak. Thanks and we’ll be back next year!
