Dragonfly Guest House

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying two nights at the fabulous Dragonfly Guest House. So much more than a bed and breakfast, the guest house is an immaculate home, beautifully decorated and hosted by its two warm and gracious owners, Charles and David. The guest house is optimally located in the center of Ogunquit within easy strolling distance to Perkins Cove, downtown Ogunquit and the Ogunquit Playhouse (where we enjoyed a fun theater experience). We stayed in the Lillac Room on the first floor where we especially enjoyed its private/outdoor deck. Breakfasts are culinary delights and the conversation among guests and the hosts is as easy flowing as the gourmet coffee- a great time to linger over a slow breakfast. In the end though, what will leave us with a fond memory is the friendliness of the owners. Charles and David are consummate hosts, and we hope to return next season for another great stay.

This was a new BnB for me and my husband to stay in for our yearly Ogunquit fix trip. The innkeepers Charles and Dave were gracious, warm, and friendly. The accommodations, common areas, dining room were all top notch. Breakfasts were delicious with different menu choices each day. My friend and I just spent a couple of nights at the Dragonfly Guest House and already can't wait to go back, I am not sure what I liked best: The location halfway between Perkins Cove and Ogunquit Center, the cleanliness of the property inside and out, the fabulous breakfasts or the wonderful hosts Charles and David. It is definitely a place to return to, Thank you guys for making us feel so at home.

If you are looking for a quiet, friendly place that has great breakfasts, central location, spotless accommodations, and wonderful hosts, this is the place to be. The hosts are helpful, and there to see to your needs. We will definitely going back to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Dragonfly guest house. The house is beautiful, decorated with taste, attention to details makes it so lovely and gives it a such a warm a d cozy ambiance, accommodations are great. The gardens and the landscaping is so pretty. Our hosts Charles and David are two wonderful human beings, funny, very helpful and knowledgeable of Ogunquit history and all the nice places we could visit. The breakfast are delicious and varied as homemade portion of the breakfast changes every day. We spent 4 nights and loved every one of them.. we would have stayed longer!! Special thanks to our host for making our 10 th yr wedding anniversary unforgettable. Looking forward to our next visit.

My wife and I stayed four nights in August. The Dragonfly was perfect. A comfortable, clean, well taken care of property. Breakfast was second to none. We met the hosts Charles and David as proprietors upon our arrival, and we left feeling like we made new friends. Located in walking distance to many restaurants, Perkins Cove for sailing adventures, The Playhouse, Marginal Way and the beach. Charles and David gave excellent recommendations on local activities, best places to eat, best boat to charter, free concerts...... Great experience, will recommend the Dragonfly to family and friends.
