It's fine. Cheapest in area with a pool and breakfast. Room was clean. Bed was firm, not terribly comfortable. Cheap pillows.
Front Desk always had a sign up instead of a human.
Hot tub boarded up. Fix that up and Id add a star!

This is our go-to in the Illinois Valley. We’ve stayed here MANY nights over the last couple years and it’s been a consistent value. Other places in the area either cost more, or they are dumps. The rooms at this Best Western are always clean, the beds and pillows are comfy, the breakfast is acceptable, the heat/ac units are new, as are the large screen televisions. Management is always accommodating and helpful. My only recommendation is new desk chairs, as they sink down when sat upon. I’m sure they’re on the to-do list!

This place is not okay, it was dirty and when I left I accidentally left my I pad there according to find my iPhone and when I called the staff to set it aside and I was going to come get it, they stated it was not there, they stole it, the supervisor could not help me and I had to make a report about it. Worst experience ever. Do not stay here.

Good place for a night. Breakfast nothing special. Bathroom run down. But ok for the money. TV hard to locate channels.
