島の中心部から車で10分程度離れた場所にありますが、その分夜は港近くの喧騒の影響がなく、ゆっくりリラックスして過ごすことができます。 環境に配慮されたオシャレな宿で、 何より食事がとても美味しかったです。 正直、離島でこんなに凝った料理をいただけるとは予想していなかったので、良い意味でびっくりしました。 母島に行くために早起きが必要だった日も、朝食の時間を前倒して下さり、なおかつ朝の忙しいであろう時間帯に港までの送迎もしてくれました。 また海のツアーに行く為に、お弁当をお願いしましたが、見た目も美しいだけでなくとても美味しかったです。 ツアーのガイドさん達も「てつ家 さんのお弁当は見るとすぐにわかる。父島の中で1番イイお弁当だよー！」と絶賛していました。 ほとんど欠点のないお宿ですが、唯一の注意点はパジャマがないことかな。 男女兼用のスリーパーとか置いてくださったら助かるな、と思いました。 ゆっくりリラックスして過ごすには最適のお宿だと思いました。 次に小笠原に行く時もまたこちらに泊まりたいと思いました！
